Position Summary:
The Tier II Help Desk handles customer escalations from Tier I personnel, direct sales, technicians, and direct end-user customers to resolve complex problems through effective troubleshooting, coordination, and facilitation with other support teams.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the CEX Manager.
What you will do:
- Using ITIL-based processes to streamline the ingestion, triage, categorization, action, and resolution for incoming incidents, requests, and demands.
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, designing, and implementing fixes with minimal escalation to Tier III support.
- Providing basicusertraining insupportof off-the-shelf applications and office products.
- Performing remote system repair using remote tools.
- Maintaining and updating records and tracking databases.
- Collaborating with Tier III team members and departmental leadership to resolve emergent employee and customer impacting issues.
- Using best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Meeting departmental performance KPIs, goals, objectives, and responsibilities.
- Escalates, monitors, tracks, and reports on problems in appropriate trouble management systems to ensure timely resolution and accurate issue documentation.
- Demonstrates ownership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as well as identifying trends and root causes.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and appropriate follow-up.
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of company policies and procedures while applying sound judgment within scope of support.
- Conducts product testing related to new and existing product categories.
- Manages customer contacts within Salesforce CRM; adheres to standard operating procedures for data capture.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Must have a good technical understanding of modems, Routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP /IP, and DHCP.
- Strong working knowledge of OS(s) including Windows.
- 3-5 years of experience with help desk in a professional environment.
- Experience utilizing network monitoring platforms or custom tools.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends.
- Requires strong problem solving, time management, flexibility, and communication skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task, organize and document many tasks at one time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in professional and business writing.

The FigFile Platform team is responsible for the backend services storing and synchronizing Figma Design and FigJam files. And core infrastructure abstractions like content storage (S3, Dynamo), and APIs internal systems used to access Figma file data.

The CRM Journey Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, as well as data collection and audience segmentation for key business initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ability to effectively contribute to digital communication strategies through innovative creative design, setup and delivery, targeting, segmentation and personalization, end-to-end testing, analysis, and optimization.
This position will partner with the CRM Journey leads and help to oversee and execute 1:1 omni channel campaigns, including communications calendar and customer segmentation, automation campaigns, promotions, events, campaign reporting, and other CRM initiatives as necessary.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Manage all aspects of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including coordination of creative, automation, setting deployment strategies, developing QA process, and tracking
- Work with database to segment audience, analyze audience behavior, and improve the quality of the database
- Conduct A/B testing to drive customer engagement, lead collection and email performance optimization, and other techniques to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and other important campaign metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate featured assets and content
- Understand and analyze digital marketing KPIs, develop scorecards and report on results to management team and other stakeholders. Continuously refine marketing tactics based on metric analysis

Qualifications
You’ll have
- A Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing, communications or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, B2C specifically subscription-based brand preferred
Even better, you may have
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation systems is preferred
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry best practices
- Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL and/or AMPscript a plus

We are looking for a Solutions Architect for our client, a County in the State of California. The focus of this role is to assist the client in their decision-making for implementing, operating, and maintaining an enterprise-wide IAM solution and to help in researching, designing, architecting, and operationalizing an enterprise IAM solution for the client while also taking into consideration the integration of existing systems and solutions.
This contract position is a 6-month role, extensions likely, 40 hours per week. This is a remote role in the US.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders across numerous technical functions to develop and update a technical roadmap for an IAM solution
- Operate as the senior subject matter expert for the IAM project and define the policies and procedures related to IAM functions.
- Responsible for complex program design, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into the program design and delivered solution.
- Provide recommendations on IAM best practices and help establish the centralized IAM service function to support internal user base
- Lead the proof of concept, product selection and deployment of the IAM solution
- Identify areas of technical consolidation as well as IAM governance requirements for non-centralized functions and understand system dependencies and interrelation to the business
- Perform capacity planning and analysis of infrastructure systems and analyze complex cross-functional and cross-platform issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and/or Identity Governance and Administration and a proven track record of successful IAM implementations and support of those applications.
- 5+ years of experience with multiple authentication and authorization solutions and directory platforms
- 3+ years of experience with privileged access management solutions
- Experience in Single Sign-On integrations, Azure, IAM, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Experience with the design and configuration of Third-Party integrations leveraging SAML and with authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties access control concepts.
- Experience in leading the troubleshooting and solving issues related to identities, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
- Strong decision-making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate actions.
- Experience in migrating from Microsoft Identity Manager to equivalent identity management solution and good understanding of Microsoft Identity Manager synchronization service, password change notification service, and connectors.
- Relevant industry training and/or certification preferred
