This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in the world in the CET timezone (9 a.m. – 6 p.m. CET).

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Artist to join our art team and contribute to our most amazing well-known shooters.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the teams to build and maintain their art production pipelines and tools.
  • Complex understanding of art pipelines, from creation to implementation.
  • Experience with Unity and working with custom game engines.
  • Great knowledge of implementing art assets.
  • Experience with 3D software like Autodesk Maya and Mel / Python Scripting.
  • Knowledge of C++.
  • Understanding of rudimentary OpenGL.
  • Experience in 3D art assets optimization for mobile games.
  • Creatively minded with knowledge of visual effect creation from conception to production.
  • Capable of creating basic renders of soft and hard surface models.
  • Basic understanding of rigging.
  • Keen problem solver with the ability to be thrown into situations where they can figure out issues with minimal guidance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience being a Technical Artist within the mobile gaming industry.
  • Working knowledge of a wide range of art areas including 2D, 3D, modeling, animation, and UI.
  • Knowledge of 3D art creation Modeling / Texturing and engine implementation.
  • Knowledge of 3D Character creation Pipeline, Highpoly, Retopo, baking, etc.
  • Knowledge of Rigging and Skinning.
  • VFX creation and implementation knowledge.
  • Working before with procedural software like the Substance Package.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • 3-5 years’ field sales experience in the software industry
  • A track-record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions using a sales methodology that has led to growing and managing current customers and new use cases
  • Ability to align technology solutions to sophisticated, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems
  • Strong ability to demonstrate value proposition & return on investment in complex environments to a wide variety of individuals; technical and/or executive audiences.

Mitek is seeking an experienced full-time, in-house, privacy and transactional counsel to join its legal team. This person will act as a trusted advisor to our business on privacy, regulatory, and data security matters. Limited travel may be required.

As our Privacy Counsel, you will report to the General Counsel and will play a key role in supporting Miteks global operations, advising the product, sales, and compliance teams with regard to privacy laws and regulations, and Miteks compliance with the same. This role is primarily a privacy-focused role and will be our in-house expert on all privacy-related matters, but will also be called upon to support the business via negotiation of certain commercial contracts.

You will also play a key role in developing, managing and continuing to improve the Companys existing privacy and compliance operations and supporting various customer and vendor transactions in North America and Europe.

This position is eligible for remote work anywhere in the United States, or voluntarily may be based in our San Diego headquarters.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities):

  • Maintain and improve existing global corporate data privacy programs and initiatives as required for a market-leading identity verification and fraud detection company
  • Advise on legal requirements applicable to the processing and controlling of personal information across the companys portfolio of products and services
  • Negotiate various data protection agreements and contract terms in commercial agreements with Miteks customers, vendors, and partners
  • Research, interpret, and provide legal advice on international data privacy and data security laws for new and evolving products, features, functionality, and implementation models
  • Assist in supporting the Companys global commercial contracting activities including customer and vendor agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on a broad range of legal issues including GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
  • Assist with other projects as necessary including general corporate matters.

What You’ll Bring (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing of a U.S. state bar, California preferred
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience, primarily focused in data privacy and protection, with a major law firm or as in-house legal in a technology setting
  • Extensive knowledge of global data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR, CPRA, COPPA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, LGPD, PIPEDA, and other global privacy laws and regulations
  • Significant experience negotiating DPAs and other privacy-oriented commercial agreements, particularly those related to SaaS software offerings
  • General experience negotiating commercial sales and purchasing contracts
  • Extensive career experience advising on compliance matters including compliance with GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
  • CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPP/C, CIPP/A or equivalent preferred; additionally, CIPM, CDPO, CDP, CISSP or similar certifications a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills.
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, small legal department on a broad range of matters.

As the Director, SEO Strategy & Website you will be the owner of two websites that drive millions of new users each month, is a leader in its category, and work with a globally recognized brand. The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a high-growth culture, drive strategies that grow quality traffic to each of our main sites, and increase the efficiency of each site to grow our base of users. Youll be a good mix of confidence and humility to drive our business forward. What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive website strategies across all sites that align with Bitly’s overall business objectives.
    • Develop, execute, and scale our website strategy across all Bitly brands; driving qualified traffic, performance growth, and overall acquisition for all non-paid efforts
    • Oversee the strategy to scale international expansion into new markets, languages, and regions
    • Partner with Product and Sales to support the growth of our Product Led and Sales Assisted signups of both our websites, driving qualified signups and leads and seeing them through to upgrade to paid plans
    • Drive new feature/product launch initiatives that support our website strategy
    • Partner closely with our brand creative and content marketing teams to develop an ongoing website that aligns with both our growth goals and brand vision
  • User Experience Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience on the Bitly websites, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for visitors to the product.
    • Building free tools that highlight the value of our products to new users
    • Creating user journeys through the website for our best customers
  • Traffic Generation: Implement strategies to drive organic traffic to the Bitly websites, maximizing visibility and reach.
    • Partner and manage the relationship with our SEO agency while also scoping the organizational design needed to match our growth goals for non-paid acquisition
    • Work with the Web Development team to ensure the websites are built with best in class performance and SEO best practices in place
    • Drive and execute the creation of SEO content that will drive users based on their intent at the top, mid, and bottom of the funnel
    • Research and identify opportunities to leverage AI in our overall SEO content strategy
    • Scale our quality traffic and signups YoY through a robust SEO strategy, as created by you!
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website conversion rates, turning visitors into customers and advocates.
    • Partner with our CRO agency to create a testing plan and align resources to execute CRO tests while also scoping the organizational design needed to match our growth goals for CRO long term
    • Communicate the results of the test and next steps to a larger audience across Leadership, Product, and Marketing teammates
    • Identify and build our website CRO roadmap in partnership with Product to enhance quality top of funnel signups through both our websites
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools to gather insights into website performance, user behavior, and trends. Use data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Own and implement weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting that showcases channel performance for all non-paid growth (organic, direct) and recommend strategies needed to improve or scale where needed
    • Present strategies and progress toward goals to many different audiences including Marketing, Global Leadership team, and our Executive Team
    • Create reports that can shared across the marketing team and used for presentation to leadership and board slides
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and advise the team to grow their skills and knowledge.
    • Look to build scalable processes that allow the team to execute and make quick decisions based on imperfect data
    • Identify long term organization design, determining where we need to continue leveraging agencies vs building the team inhouse
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing, product, and design teams to align website initiatives with company goals.
    • In partnership with the Product Marketing Team, establish the value of our platform and products to both new and existing users of the websites

The senior storage engineer will serve as a subject matter expert providing operational and engineering support of enterprise storage area networks, networked attached storage, and data protection technologies. This position requires advanced knowledge and experience with the installation and configuration of storage solutions, connectivity, and interoperability with various hosting platforms. The storage engineer will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance as well as storage related project and lifecycle efforts. This role will work closely with other technology teams and leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Storage Engineering and Operations subject matter expert
  • Manages storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, Public cloud storage, and Data Protection (Backup/Recovery)
  • Duties include operational maintenance, monitoring, provisioning, performance tuning, configuration, reporting, capacity planning, break/fix, life cycle, patching and upgrades
  • Mentor others as it relates to enterprise storage
  • Works with operations and engineering teams to plan and coordinate the future state of the storage environment
  • Works with business/customers in identifying technical requirements, designing, and implementing storage solutions
  • Define and enforce standards as well as best practice for storage

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering experience with knowledge in all aspects of designing, developing, and managing enterprise storage systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Pure FlashArray, Dell EMC Unity, and Isilon or similar storage technologies
