The candidate selected to fill this position will have experience in an array of technologies with deep technical expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, and other mechanical systems common in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. This includes a comprehensive understanding of equipment efficiency and building / system design interactions to achieve enhanced energy performance.Technologies of particular importance include but are not limited to: heat pump technologies (including air-source heat pumps, hydronic heat pumps, and variable refrigerant flow systems), energy and heat recovery systems, dedicated outdoor air systems, refrigeration systems, motor driven systems (including high performance fans and pumps and air distribution system design), low global warming potential refrigerants, thermal energy storage, and load management / demand flexibility.A track record of successful codes and standards strategy development and stakeholder engagement is helpful, including experience with state and federal codes and standards proceedings, test procedure development, negotiated rulemakings, model codes and reach/stretch codes.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and lead both short-term and long-term strategies to optimize energy savings, load management potential, and GHG reductions through codes and standards or other energy policy proposals
  • Analyze the savings, costs, and other impacts of energy efficient and low carbon technologies in the context of energy policy
  • Oversee product testing and other primary data collection strategies needed to fill data gaps in policy settings
  • Participate in industry working groups and technical committees in support of voluntary or mandatory standards and test procedure updates
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders to ensure policy proposals are feasible, equitable, and have ample stakeholder support
  • Write reports on technical topics, such as Title 24 code change proposal reports, including energy savings analyses, cost-effectiveness analyses, and market impacts analyses
  • Develop and deliver presentations on technical topics to a variety of audiences, including clients, government agency decision makers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Represent clients in public meetings, negotiated rulemakings, and in publicly docketed comments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical engineering preferred)
  • At least 10 years of engineering or work experience in related area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Masters degree in engineering and/or PE license (mechanical engineering preferred)
  • At least 12 years of engineering or work experience in related area
  • Experience in the development process of Title 24, ASHRAE 90.1, ASHRAE 189.2, IECC, or other energy codes
  • Experience in the development process of Californias Title 20, US DOEs Appliance Standards Program, EPAs Energy Star Program, or other state, national, or international appliance or equipment standards efforts.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to write reports, technical papers, and provide technical presentations to knowledgeable audiences
  • Experience representing large organizations in public meetings, including government hearings
  • Track record of success working in collaborative roles with diverse teams of partners and industry stakeholders
  • Existing network of professional contacts that contribute to codes and standards development
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges to support our companys mission
  • Willingness to conduct occasional business travel

The Cloud Account team works closely with our month to month customers to understand their goals with Grafana, support their use case, and identify revenue expansion opportunities for the business. For our users, the Grafana CAM is a partner who understands their business and our products to align them with the best resources available. When needed the Cloud Account manager understands the roles of our cross functional colleagues and connects users with the correct support.

Cloud Account Managers will align to a book of accounts within our self-serve users to ensure their success within our month to month offerings and support their growth. Youll achieve this by leveraging product data and usage insights to engage with customers at specific points of their Grafana journey.

Our Cloud Account Managers support our customers while they utilize our month to month subscriptions. Should a contract opportunity arise, you will work closely with sales to transfer the opportunity to our commercial team.

You understand the full landscape of our Cloud offerings and are able to navigate commercial and product questions to support our customers. Wed expect you to understand why Kubernetes is popular, how it relates to Prometheus, and what a log file is. We would expect you to be technically curious and learn the details of Grafana Cloud in role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively manage a book of business to drive product adoption and revenue growth through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Effectively communicate Grafana Labs value proposition to increase sales and expand existing customer footprints.
  • Manage pipeline including activity for sales opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Cloud Success Engineering to advance existing opportunities and build incremental revenue.
  • Drive expansion revenue opportunities based on product usage and needs uncovered during customer interactions
  • Become a subject matter expert on Grafana Cloud, understanding our product, pricing, and technology to support our customers
  • Enjoy building and iterating on our sales assist framework in order to provide business and technical value at scale

  • Work with the team to enhance customer documentation and create internal enablement material

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Located in the United States
  • 1+ years of technical experience, ideally with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring/Observability space
  • 1+ years of sales experience within Saas space or Open Source technologies
  • You understand basic sales motions & GTM organization. Able to use MEDDPICC and Command of the Message in commercial conversations.

An overview of this role

Responsible for administering GitLabs equity incentive program which includes option and RSU grants to team members.

What youll do

  • Support day-to-day administration of the companys equity programs, including processing new equity awards, exercises, cancellations and repurchases.
  • Maintain data in Carta online database to ensure accuracy of participant information.

Role Summary

Renew Home is looking for a Product Marketing leader to lead PMM efforts for our B2B/B2B2C offerings across utilities + demand response platform providers, home product OEMs, and home services companies.This PMM leader will partner closely with Product to uncover customer and market insights and define the roadmap and solution value propositions, and will drive positioning and messaging strategy as well as sales enablement for those offerings.

  • Drive the development of a product narrative and very clear positioning and messaging strategy for Renew Home and for our product offerings in the B2B space.
  • Guide the creation of core assets and sales enablement content with support from Content and Creative teams.
  • Own the core pitches for B2B solutions across product verticals.
  • Collaborate heavily across teams within marketing (content, brand, field+events) and across the company (product, UX, BD, comms, strategy, regulatory affairs and more) to Launch and land B2B features that help bring to life the next era of virtual power plants and whole home energy management in the US.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Product/UX teams and Sales/BD partners.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and landings of large scale software services.
  • Experience driving B2B customer/market insights, positioning and messaging strategies, and sales enablement, with a strong preference for experience within energy/utilities.
