As the Web Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the evaluation, direction, enhancements, and execution of our usfoods.com website. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively to deliver front-end development and management of our Adobe Experience Manager CMS instance and ensure that our digital initiatives effectively serve our B2B customers.
This position is virtual/remote which means the work can be completed from anywhere is the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Website presence evaluation: Develop an understanding of how current and potential customers perceive our web presence. Evaluate perception and performance to recommend and implement meaningful updates to drive improvements that align with key business goals.
- Development management: Lead and oversee relationships with the front-end and back-end developers of our websites, ensuring that they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Leverage your expertise in AEM to manage and maintain the content and functionality of our websites, including content updates, templates, and assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with digital content creators, creative teams, IT, and other key stakeholders to implement website changes, enhancements, and optimizations.
- Content Updates: Coordinate and execute timely content updates, product launches, promotions, and other digital initiatives that impact the B2B customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that all website elements, including forms, links, and multimedia, are functional and error-free.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance metrics, such as page load times and user engagement, and take actions to optimize performance.
- User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX designers to test and enhance the overall user experience, ensuring that websites are intuitive and meet user needs.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic to our websites.
- Security: Stay informed about web security best practices and ensure that the websites are protected against security vulnerabilities.
- Emerging Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging ad technologies and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

SUPERVISION:
RELATIONSHIPS
- Internal: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, IT, and other business owners to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and campaigns.
- External: Work with external agencies to manage all back-end development updates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in marketing, web operations, front-end development, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of web development technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of UX/UI best practices including tracking, measurement, and testing platforms and tools.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of B2B digital marketing principles and best practices.

EDUCATION

Our team is growing and were looking for a Distinguished Cloud Architect II to play a significant role in cloud architecture design and implementation, leveraging technical leadership in data ingestion, extraction, and transformation domain. As part of our high performing global team, this role is critical to our growth and reports into the Vice President, Cloud Services Software Engineering.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work closely with Cloud product owners to understand, analyze product requirements, and provide feedback.
- Architecture design and review of large scale microservices and data pipelines.
- Leads the development of architectural design patterns.
- Implement and enhance support tools for monitoring and acting on data pipeline issues to interpret trends and patterns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years progressive technical leadership experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture.
- 10+ years leading solution design of several large sized projects of moderate to high complexity, providing a baseline set of design artifacts for use by developers and engineers during construction.
- 8+ years of experience working in either Java, Python, or GoLang.
- 8+ years of experience in designing data streaming and event-based data solutions using Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming orsimilar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices based architecture, business process orchestration tools like Conductor, Argo Workflow, Luigi, or Apache NiFI.
- Experience providing thought leadership in technical architecture (e.g., tool selection, standards, strategic direction, etc.) having functioned as an Enterprise, Distinguished, or Chief Architect within a large organization.
- Experience working as a hands-on enterprise application architect implementing architecture integration roadmaps through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to create and maintain architectural models and technical design documentation, which includes current and future state process flows, applications/database objects, specifications that detail proposed database and/or data integration implementations.
- Experience architecting data platforms, data operating models, data collection, dataflow management, master data management, data quality, and security. Experience designing and developing scalable data pipelines, automated workflows/hand-offs, and API integrations.
- Knowledge and experience designing solutions with cloud-native AWS Cloud services (EC2, RDS etc.) as well as using containerization frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes or similar.
- Work experience with the cloud-based NoSQL like Cassandra, Elasticsearch or similar, relational DBs, cache frameworks like Redis or similar, objects stores, datalakes and warehouses like Redshift or similar.
- Knowledge of traditional ETL/ELT techniques as well as cloud-based data pipelines (e.g., AirFlow, Dagster, Kafka).

SUMMARY

About the Role
The Senior Analytics Manager will oversee complex quantitative research workstreams and develop new data-driven solutions for a major commercial client. This role suits someone with deep analytics expertise, strong communications skills, and the strategic ability to distill client needs.
As a leader and strategist, this role will be looking at the big picture, thinking creatively, and working with a team of analysts and data scientists to interpret the data that drives key insights. The Senior Analytics Manager will provide a deep technical understanding of the project and develop solid relationships with key stakeholders across the internal teams to provide effective guidance of the deliverables. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Analytics.
In this position you will:
- Lead a team of analysts on quantitative research projects (including analyzing experimental designs, RCTs, tracking digital marketing programs, interpreting statistical modeling, and survey development and analysis)
- Lead the generation of weekly insights and client deliverables
- Play a critical role in providing valuable strategic business insight and actionable recommendations to senior team leadership
- Assess the performance of various marketing experiments and RCTs on an ongoing basis to identify new opportunities and insights
- Ensure that the projects that are delivered are of high quality and meets the established standards
- Oversee a team of project analysts in executing workstreams and managing project needs

What we are seeking
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including advanced analytics leadership
- 2-3 years of experience managing technical projects and analysts, either as a direct manager or dotted line
- While specific industry and commercial experience is not a must-have, having 3-4 years of experience in a corporate setting or similar experience working with corporate clients is preferred.
- Strong familiarity in individual-level statistical modeling, polling, managing experimental designs, randomized control trials (RCTs), or tracking a marketing program is a plus
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R
