About the Job

We are looking for a Asst Manager, Digital marketing to drive best-in-class digital marketing execution for Dockers brand and Dockers.com in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly talented team focused on developing an innovative digital marketing strategy. This role involves executing and delivering ROI on media spend and working closely with cross-functional team members and other partners. The ideal candidate will be a team player looking to build the brand for long term awareness and loyalty, drive strong performance and has a data driven mindset. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Performance Marketing.

  • Execute on digital paid media channel strategy and performance – driving business results Dockers brand in the US and the Dockers.com site.
  • Manage the Meta and other social AD networks (TikTok, etc) to drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Identify optimal media mix and maximize performance KPIs as needed (impressions for brand awareness and conversions for performance marketing
  • Manage campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive brand awareness and conversion, including paid search, shopping, display and YouTube
  • Maintain regular reporting and analytics while working with ecommerce analyst to drive data driven strategies.
  • Identify testing and strategic opportunities to capture added value and improve efficiency.
  • Bridge digital marketing efforts to drive full funnel marketing between brand and demand generation.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure that Dockers marketing assets come to life, reflect brand values and resonate with the target consumer.
  • Work with partners such as merchants, pricing and promotions teams, business analysts, and engineers to identify media and messaging opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor co-ordinators to develop talent and support the program.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns in Metas AD network, TikTok, Snapchat and others.
  • Direct management experience
  • Knowledgeable about attribution strategy, incrementality testing, and LTV analysis
  • Familiar with leveraging first and third-party data to drive consumer insights and audience strategies.
  • Excellent quantitative analytics skills

  • Proven ability to effectively manage, optimize, and scale 6+ digit user acquisition budgets per month, while maximizing ROAS.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Strong data-driven and analytical skills with a track record of achieving significant volume and returns from creative development, testing, and iteration.
