About the role

As a Operations Program Manager on our team, you will:

  • Collaborate directly with clients and Product/Program Managers to analyze existing processes and create new processes, tools, and playbooks that enhance operational efficiency and success for real estate agent teams.
  • Contribute to defining and executing go-to-market strategies for agent-centric products and services, aimed at improving team transactions and enhancing the effectiveness of Zillow Premier Agents and teams utilizing Zillow products to streamline real estate agent operations and transaction management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the seamless integration and expansion of products and services, leveraging innovative automation to scale our offerings effectively.
  • Manage program timelines, dependencies, and risks, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders and partners to align efforts and expectations.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and appropriate communication to senior management, business partners, and peers across the organization, participating in regular rhythm-of-business processes including quarterly and annual planning, monthly business reviews, and goal/OKR tracking.
  • Exercise considerable personal discretion in developing and implementing new business practices that serve both internal and external customers and partners, aiming to optimize and enhance overall service delivery and partner satisfaction.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $87,000.00 – $139,000.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience in client-facing program/project/account management roles, demonstrating strong capability to lead, oversee, and drive successful outcomes in complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguous problems, and effectively align business partners. Must be skilled in holding partners accountable for their deliverables, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills are required, with a proficiency in SQL highly desirable. Prior experience as a business analyst is not mandatory but preferred.
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems is crucial, coupled with a high attention to detail to ensure precision in every aspect of project management and execution.
  • Flexibility in thinking and execution is required; candidates must demonstrate the capability to find alternative solutions when faced with obstacles, adapting strategies and tactics as necessary to achieve objectives.
  • Clear and concise communication skills are necessary, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a wide range of partners and stakeholders, from team members to senior management.

We are looking for a Product Designer who will significantly contribute to enhancing the interface of Caper Cart, Instacarts AI-powered smart cart. As part of our team, you will:

  • Support the ongoing design of Caper Carts UX, focusing on creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience for customers.
  • Partner closely with the Lead Product Designer on our Core Experience pillar to ensure a cohesive and holistic experience across the shopper journey.
