The Calling:

An integral part of the marketing team, the Performance Marketing Manager is a highly driven and detail-oriented individual who will support key growth and marketing strategies to acquire leads through digital channels, including website, email, paid ads, and SEO. In partnership with the VP of Marketing, this individual will work closely with sales, product, and cross-functional marketing teams to identify target audiences, create compelling copy and campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts – ultimately finding the right channels and strategies to increase leads and revenue, and meet team and company goals.

Core responsibilities will include managing the Branching Minds website; developing compelling copy (e.g., for website, email marketing, and ads); and managing all aspects of SEO and paid ads – overall strategy, implementation, spending, and data analysis/reporting. Ideally, this individual will thoughtfully and independently integrate website, paid ads, SEO, and email & content marketing efforts to meet lead generation and pipeline development goals.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns (events and non-events focused)
  • Act as the web manager on the team, owning all website administration (website and landing page development, A/B testing, optimization, user experience, and analytics)
  • Develop, implement, iterate, and measure success of paid ads across social media platforms and search engines, in alignment with marketing goals and budget
  • Manage all aspects of SEO – implementing best practices, monitoring and reporting on data, and regularly sharing insights with SMEs and content marketing team
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on data across demand generation channels, going the extra step to complete root-cause analysis, and keeping the team accountable for making data-informed decisions
  • Develop email campaigns using compelling copy and CTAs, and support list segmentation and management as needed
  • Continuously experiment and A/B test with content across distribution channels – Website, email, etc.
  • Support revenue teams: sales, marketing and customer success event efforts as needed, in service of demand generation, brand awareness, and company goals
  • Regular collaboration with content and product marketing teams to develop and design positioning, targeting, messaging and gated content/assets.
  • In collaboration with the Revenue Operations Manager, leverage analytic tools during market research to find ways to enhance the companys marketing ROI.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features).

Requirements

Why We Want You:

  • Proficiency in crafting concise and compelling copy for websites, ads, and landing pages; adept at distilling complex ideas into clear, engaging messages that drive user engagement and conversion
  • Strong understanding of UX and SEO principles and best practices
  • Expertise with HubSpot, with certification(s) in HubSpot marketing and/or demand generation
  • Experience using attribution tools, analytics tools and heatmaps such as PathFactory, Hotjar and Google Analytics
  • Experience with ABM Campaign
  • Experience and demonstrated success with:
    • Optimizing content for search engines, and user/reader intent
    • SEO tools (SEMrush, MOZ or other)
    • Paid ads for lead generation across social media platforms and Google ads
  • At least four years of experience in Marketing
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

We’re looking for an experienced Software Developer, Full Stack/Mobile to join the Customer Service Platform team responsible for ensuring that all backend and cloud contact center systems are integrated, implemented, maintained and optimized to ensure efficiency for the business.

You will be a hands-on contributor helping to design, build and scale our backend distribution architecture. You will help us deliver a platform for white label sides as well as extending the platform to bring new choices for features for our customers to use. We will also try to update the system to be extendable, with a major goal of being able to deploy new sites in weeks versus months.

Minimum qualifications

  • A strong background in Software Engineering (2-5 years)
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting solutions with code/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, .NET, Node.js, React)
  • Experience or is willing to learn distributed system development using our tech stack. (React, Node, Scala, Swift, Kotlin, etc.)
  • Experience in developing user-facing web/mobile applications and a passion for building engaging user experiences
  • A passionate focus on quality, writing testable and maintainable code that performs well for our consumers
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to clarify, analyze and investigate organizational needs, identify potential roadblocks and develop viable, working, and cost-effective solutions
  • Effective at managing multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, taking ownership, and delivering results while prioritizing customer outcomes

Some previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
