About the Role

The Global Partner Operations team manages the processes and daily tasks that ensure baseline Partner experiences on Twitch. As creator needs are diverse, we specialize in internal systems and collaborate with teams across the business, harnessing our collective knowledge of creators to achieve the best outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Partner Operations, this member of our team will handle processing of daily internal Partner request queues and support partners across the business with ad-hoc requests related to our systems while working to improve these processes and overall experience of creators on the service.

You can work in San Francisco, CA, Irvine, CA, or Remote US.

You Will:

  • Manage Partner related internal requests queues across Onboarding, Offboarding, and Contract Management
  • Accomplish and meet manual onboarding workflow service level agreements
  • Improve and refine internal processes
  • Report internal request queue trends and performance
  • Partner with Finance, Legal and Global Partnerships teams to address Partner related issues
  • Maintain data and document repositories to assist Customer Support and Legal teams with Partner tickets

You Have:

  • Managed processes with a high volume of tickets or requests
  • Customer service or other user-facing experience
  • Comfortable handling and processing data sets
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Kreative Technologies is searching for a Front-End Software Developer who will define and design a web application to achieve section 508 accessibility compliance. They will review legacy code and work with testing teams to triage and analyze identified issues. They will also be a part of an internal assessment team that reviews the web application and documentation to suggest fixes that achieve the desired level of compliance as per discussions with our client. They will be responsible for working with the design team and the development team on resolving the required changes to the web application and documents to achieve the section 508 compliance.

The Senior Security Engineer will lead the deployment, integration, and operationalization of Threat and Vulnerability Detection Platform across the enterprise. The Senior Security Engineer will have very solid interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have a desire to maintain enterprise-wide visibility to initiatives related to threat and vulnerability detection technologies and services. The Senior Security Engineer is an individual contributor role with deep expertise in Operating systems, and software vulnerability management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the deployment and integration of the Threat and Vulnerability Platform integration in across the enterprise tool sets (SIEM, XDR, Reporting, etc…)
  • Design, implement and manage security controls to safeguard infrastructure, systems, and data
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and audits to ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards (e.g. FedRAMP, NIST)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify security requirements and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain security documentation including policies and procedures
  • Stay current with emerging security threats and technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Review, test, and configure scanning and reporting results to key stakeholders

  • 5+ years of experience in security engineering with 2+ years in a senior or lead role

  • 3+ years of experience working with a wide array of operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows, Ubuntu, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience with common risk assessment framewoks (e.g. NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, FedRamp, ISO27001, HiTrust, CIS)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant security certifications – CISSP or equivalent
  • Familiarity with DoD, VA, DHA risk management processes (RMF, ATO)
  • Knowledge of advanced threat detection and response techniques
  • Familiarity and in-depth knowledge of FedRAMP and NIST security frameworks and compliance standards
