Overview:
Kreative Technologies is searching for a Front-End Software Developer who will define and design a web application to achieve section 508 accessibility compliance. They will review legacy code and work with testing teams to triage and analyze identified issues. They will also be a part of an internal assessment team that reviews the web application and documentation to suggest fixes that achieve the desired level of compliance as per discussions with our client. They will be responsible for working with the design team and the development team on resolving the required changes to the web application and documents to achieve the section 508 compliance.
Responsibilities:
Education/Skills/ Minimum Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
. 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
. 1+ years of Angular experience
. 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
. Experience with accessibility tools with JAWS, NVDA, Adobe Suite, iOS VoiceOver, AndroidTalkBack, etc.
. Experience analyzing Accessibility for desktop webpages preferred.
. Experience with legacy code preferred.
. Experience with 508 compliance coding with Angular for web applications preferred.
. Familiarity with C# or C++ preferred
