We are seeking an experienced digital marketing data analyst to support our marketing communications team. The ideal candidate will show initiative, have an analytical approach to problem-solving, and constantly seek campaign improvement opportunities. This role will provide extensive analysis and research on customer behavior and allow for more effective targeting and communication. This position will engage in data-driven strategic advisement to better target in all marketing efforts. This position also entails writing reports that provide meaningful insights gained by analyzing critical campaign-related data. The successful candidate must be proficient in data modeling and have an in-depth knowledge of best email marketing practices, digital communication channels, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
  • Analyze external and internal customer data using database queries (SQL, Access), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Adobe/Omniture), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools
  • Evaluate customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to communication strategy
  • Analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide data-driven recommendations for marketing effectiveness and customer segmentation
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations as well as reporting tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.) to provide market and audience insights to stakeholders
  • Advise marketing functions as the knowledge owner for communication and audience data
  • Provide foundational education on data and metrics to marketing team and leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, analytics
  • 3+ years of experience with email marketing, digital communication channels, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience with data platforms and data visualization tools, including Tableau
  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics tools, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • 1+ year of project management or project coordination experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Power Query/Big Query/Microsoft Excelpivot tables, VBA, v-lookups, and IF statements
  • Experience building and automating management-level reporting
  • Proficient systems skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The SEO Strategist is a strategic role reporting to the SEO Supervisor, working closely with a small team of organic search professionals who work together to research, analyze, strategize, report, communicate and execute on SEO for a group of clients. The Strategist has administrative responsibilities, such as ensuring work is completed on time and following internal processes/procedures, as well as SEO execution responsibilities, focused on reviewing/analyzing KPIs, building client-facing reporting, and creating the strategy for their clients. They also mentor more junior team members to help them improve their SEO skills and knowledge. Strategists are further distinguished by their demonstrated professional maturity and ability to complete work, resolve blockers, and ideate solutions to critical issues without or with only limited support from leadership. Responsibilities:

  • Inform and collaborate with Supervisor on team deliverables and performance metrics
  • Assign tasks/responsibilities to team members
  • Proactively monitor organic KPIs, perform analysis and deep dives of KPIs/issues, and translate findings into actionable SEO strategies and reporting
  • Create monthly reporting for clients that explain the strategy, reasoning, and impact

Tinder is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead our Integrity pillar. As a design manager you will lead a team of product designers, providing direction and mentorship of their team’s output, as well as coaching best practices in cross-functional partnership and design process. Where you’ll work

In this role, you will:

  • Manage, mentor and inspire a team of product designers, providing design direction and pushing the quality of work.
  • Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes coordinating all aspects of UX: research, conceptualization, collaboration, facilitation, strategy, interaction design, information architecture, content design and visual execution.
  • Form relationships with cross functional team members and executives across organizations, and optimally speak to process, design goals and team vision as a strong representative of the design team.
  • Thoughtfully consider your team’s new and existing experiences, regularly seeking recommendations from various inputs, including community partners, our diverse member perspectives, research papers, and other sources.

  • Demonstrated experience with mentoring strong accountability and growth in direct reports.
  • Proven high bar for quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing for Android, iOS, and web. Knowledge of Apple’s HIG patterns & Material design.
  • Portfolio to illustrate applied experience as the creative process leader on projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
