What We Need
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager plays a critical role in Maisonette’s marketing efforts. This position is responsible for the strategy, testing, reporting and optimizations of campaign emails, automated emails, SMS and push notifications on Maisonette’s app. The goal of these activities are to support customer centric goals such as repeat rate, LTV and NPS, as well as new customer acquisition via email and SMS list growth. The ideal candidate is analytical and technically savvy with experience in content development. This role manages one direct report and email MarTech relationships and report into the Sr. Director of Growth. Cross-functional partners include Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product and Analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Own the forecast and revenue plan for lifecycle channels (email, SMS, push notifications).
- Develop and own the content marketing plan for lifecycle channels that supports the overall marketing calendar.
- Develop and drive the audience segmentation and personalization strategy in collaboration with the product team. Own overall email and SMS list growth.
- Through customer insights, craft hypotheses into test strategies to validate new automated lifecycle programs. Lead the experimentation roadmap to discover new programs that improve cohort retention and LTV.
- Partner closely with analytics team to upgrade our reporting framework to deepen our understand of our customer and better track business KPI performance.
About You
- Experience working in e-commerce (marketplace or multi-category retailer a plus!)
- Proficient in and familiar with leading ESP/CRM platforms and tech stacks
- A seasoned marketer that is comfortable marrying content strategy with data-driven programs

Salary + Perks

Responsibilities

- 2+ experience with a solid understanding of digital ad serving technology and terminology such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Demand Side Platforms (DV360, Basis and XandR), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
- Hands on experience of the entire campaign lifecycle with strong knowledge of implementation, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience with javascript, iFrame, and other HTML coding as it relates to ad serving and pixel implementation.
- Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage projects autonomously, and meet deadlines while executing tasks across dozens of brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency to communicate information to stakeholders with various levels of technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in anatomy, shape language and be able to develop designs that feel intrinsic to the game world from a gameplay prompt. In addition, the ideal candidate should be fun, energetic and passionate about creating creatures for AAA games.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Job Summary
Provides day-to-day support and administration of hosted, custom, and SaaS applications, primarily focused on Salesforce CRM and related components. Works closely with other System Support Engineer teammates to manage Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production and non-production instances. Major Responsibilities
