As a DevOps Product Manager, you will implement, grow and mature DevOps practices through people, process and technology. This includes demonstrated implementation and understanding of complex technical practices. At this career level, the incumbent independently implements and matures major, complex, or international continuous integration, automated test driven practices, release automation, automated infrastructure self service, infrastructure as code, canary deployment methods, instrumentation and monitoring, and integrated tool chain management. He or she may coach and oversee the work of other specialists.

Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.
- Matures DevOps disciplines and champions the lean agile mindset regarding issues such as Test Driven Development, flow, and systems thinking.
- Continually improves integration of infrastructure build with application deployment processes.
- Troubleshoots technical problems relating to information systems as they arise.
- Analyzes, designs and evaluates automation scripts and systems.
- Researches new technologies that will be efficient, effective, and highly scalable.
- May coach and provide DevOps expertise to other professionals and support staff.

Impact In This Role
Fictiv is seeking a dynamic Creative Manager to manage and execute all graphic design and multimedia assets for Fictiv marketing, inspiring a generation of hardware product creators. What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, conceiving, and executing all creative assets in support of marketing activities across Fictiv’s website, emails, advertisements, sales presentations, content marketing, brand, swag, and more.
- Driving visual design consistency across all creative assets, in line with Fictiv’s brand guidelines and its evolution, to support new use cases, products, and markets.
- Supervising work executed by agency and freelance partners to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time.
- Working with our web developer to ensure web assets are implemented as intended.
- Collaborating with product designers and product managers to ensure consistency of design language across marketing content and our application.
- Supporting the organization and management of a centralized asset library, accessible by creative and marketing partners.
Desired Traits
- Experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, Asana and/or Jira, Google Suite, Slack and Zoom
- Strong visual design foundation (visual hierarchy, color, layout, contrast, etc.)
- Capable of developing and applying a cohesive creative vision across a variety of visual media.
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and producers on creative ideas and visual concepts.

Job Description
As a Localization QA Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high quality localized content and products for our end users. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work autonomously. You will also need to successfully work with technical and non-technical people alike, and be able to learn new tools, processes, and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of production for all LQA testing projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of international releases, providing and executing solid test plans and acting on results.
- Communicate with diverse teams, with both experts and novices, in technical and non-technical roles.
- Diagnose product and process defects – track them from discovery to resolution.
- Communicate to International Expansion Lead, using Jira dashboard and regular statuses regarding triage, prioritization, and bug resolution progress.
- Manage LQA vendor relationship and production processes.
- Respond to all requests from team members in a timely, professional manner.
- As bandwidth permits, evolve LQA processes to ensure Dropbox is using industry-accepted best practices.
Job Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in the software quality field including prior hands-on quality engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures to support various development methodologies.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity).
- Experience coordinating with external QA resources.
- Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found.
- Understanding of existing QA best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes.
- Prior success using a metrics-driven approach and closed-loop feedback to improve software deliverables and improve predictability and reliability of releases.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize a large number of tasks.
- Self-motivated, work well independently and with others.
- Interest and background in translation, internationalization, localization, and international markets
- Experience with i18n libraries in any programming language.

We are hiring a Business Relationship Manager Lead to Cash to have global responsibility for driving the successful execution of operational technology initiatives for the Lead to Opportunity & Quote to Cash workstreams within Dynatrace.
This position reports to the Director, Business Relationship Management and is the connective tissue bringing together cross-functional teams to drive alignment and delivery with a focus on driving value and enabling achievement of business goals.
