What We Need

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager plays a critical role in Maisonette’s marketing efforts. This position is responsible for the strategy, testing, reporting and optimizations of campaign emails, automated emails, SMS and push notifications on Maisonette’s app. The goal of these activities are to support customer centric goals such as repeat rate, LTV and NPS, as well as new customer acquisition via email and SMS list growth. The ideal candidate is analytical and technically savvy with experience in content development. This role manages one direct report and email MarTech relationships and report into the Sr. Director of Growth. Cross-functional partners include Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product and Analytics.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the forecast and revenue plan for lifecycle channels (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Develop and own the content marketing plan for lifecycle channels that supports the overall marketing calendar.
  • Develop and drive the audience segmentation and personalization strategy in collaboration with the product team. Own overall email and SMS list growth.
  • Through customer insights, craft hypotheses into test strategies to validate new automated lifecycle programs. Lead the experimentation roadmap to discover new programs that improve cohort retention and LTV.
  • Partner closely with analytics team to upgrade our reporting framework to deepen our understand of our customer and better track business KPI performance.

About You

  • Experience working in e-commerce (marketplace or multi-category retailer a plus!)
  • Proficient in and familiar with leading ESP/CRM platforms and tech stacks
  • A seasoned marketer that is comfortable marrying content strategy with data-driven programs
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Natural curiosity in using data to support business decisions
  • A keen eye for quality and detail

Salary + Perks

  • $115,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience

The above represents the expected salary range for this role. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll take into consideration factors including your location of residence, experience, and other job-related factors.
