Product Operations is the operational partner to nearly all functional groups at Podium. They sit at the intersection of product, design, engineering, support, and go-to-market teams driving excellence in operations. Product Operations enables Product teams to confidently bring Podium’s value to businesses faster, and worry less about the tools, systems, or cross-functional enablement required for successful launches.

Combining systems-level design and on-the-ground execution, Product Operations works vertically in their domain to become an expert in operational components as well as horizontally across teams to build operational leverage that allows Product teams to keep their eyes on Product strategy. Product Operations enables fast, end-to-end product prioritization, development, betas, and launches at scale.

This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Operations. This is a growing team at Podium, we’re looking for a contributor to incubate and continue to scale this function across Podium.

What you will be doing:

  • Define and scale a systems-level operating model to launch high-quality, high impact products.
  • Manage company priority product beta and launch programs to include recruitment, managing milestones across a cross-functional organization, curating feedback and accelerating development and iteration to ensure successful launches.
  • Enable product experience changes to rollout efficiently and confidently, ensuring clean, low-risk, well communicated updates to our users, key stakeholders, and the company broadly.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enable user-facing teams and go-to-market functions with education, playbooks, documentation and workflows that will support product launches, success goals, and overall product experience health.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to operationalize user feedback systems to capture, synthesize and curate data-driven, high-signal insights to the product teams.
  • Regularly engage in product strategy discussions and roadmap planning, influencing prioritization for a nimble team – especially in cases where product requests arise from business critical user pain points, sales opportunities, and industry or competitive landscape changes that may require deviation from an already committed roadmap.

What you should have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in product operations role, or other operational roles in a hyper-growth SaaS company.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
  • Analytical, data sensitive and goal driven.
  • Proven prior experience setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
  • Solid communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable navigating organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

OVERVIEW

Automox is looking for a Finance Manager to join our FP&A team! You will be part of a small team that owns all of Automox’s financial planning and reporting processes, for long-term, annual planning and quarterly forecasts. You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic contributor to the business, driving growth and scale through innovation and partnership.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Act as the day to day leader for all of the team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Independently act to provide proactive insights into key operating SaaS metrics. Identify trends and provide recommendations to management and cross functional leaders for improvement.
  • Clearly & concisely communicate financial results, planning expectations, and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve and evolve the various reporting and analysis to support organizational KPIs. Partnering with the Sales Ops and Business Analytics teams on performance drivers.
  • Structure, build and maintain complex financial, and decision-making, models to develop meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead financial analysis of major initiatives and products to assess ROI and payback periods, conduct build vs buy vs partner analysis.
  • Own the development and production of all Finance related Board materials, presentations, and monthly reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years in Finance, with at least 3+ years in a corporate FP&A function. Experience in corporate FP&A is highly preferred especially as a Team Lead.
  • You have solid accounting knowledge (including GAAP). CPA is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a SaaS company.
  • Strong self starter with comfort in ambiguous and constantly evolving situations.
  • Ability to concisely summarize and communicate complex topics to leadership with a focus on action oriented results and recommendations.
  • You have impressive analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, as well as strong data visualization skills.
  • You are an expert when it comes to Excel modeling and creating three-statement reporting and analysis.
  • You have a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

COMPENSATION

The expected base salary range is $97,000 – $126,000. Base pay is part of a rich total compensation package that includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate’s direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.

Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will grow the organization’s online audience by engaging our existing donor, prospect, and fan base via effective and innovative digital marketing strategies.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage innovative marketing and digital fundraising campaigns with the goal of acquiring, renewing and retaining donors
  • Work within an existing brand voice, both in visual representation and editorial style, in order to support the consistency of messaging across campaigns and the organization
  • Develop and manage email campaigns, landing pages, tools and graphics for online fundraising activities, including donation forms
  • Implement Peer-to-Peer fundraising initiatives and Giving Day campaigns
  • Coordinate the delivery of strategic multi-channel fundraising and marketing campaigns
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve fundraising objectives and optimize for the lowest possible cost per result and overall positive ROAS daily
  • Measure, evaluate, analyze, test and refine current fundraising strategies to enhance participation and revenue
  • Define, plan, and achieve annual objectives and key performance indicators
  • Manage the digital communications editorial calendar as well as the creation, production and delivery of organization-targeted email communication
  • Provide accurate and insightful digital income analytical reports
  • Manage the organization’s web-based fundraising and marketing tools/platforms
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices within the nonprofit sector and more broadly in the commercial sector

Qualifications and requirements:

The Opportunity

You will help launch the next generation of Restore, our IoT sleep product designed to help adults find rest. You will put your deep customer empathy to use building features that delight our users and meaningfully impact their wellbeing. A few examples include:

This person must be based in the United States or Canada. Hatch is based out of California, so this role would be asked to be available during PST/PDT hours.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 Months:

  • Deep dive into the user experience to understand existing pain points and opportunities.
  • Establish close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across engineering, product, design, marketing, and customer support.

  • Get to know our company strategies like the back of your hand.
