Product Operations is the operational partner to nearly all functional groups at Podium. They sit at the intersection of product, design, engineering, support, and go-to-market teams driving excellence in operations. Product Operations enables Product teams to confidently bring Podium’s value to businesses faster, and worry less about the tools, systems, or cross-functional enablement required for successful launches.
Combining systems-level design and on-the-ground execution, Product Operations works vertically in their domain to become an expert in operational components as well as horizontally across teams to build operational leverage that allows Product teams to keep their eyes on Product strategy. Product Operations enables fast, end-to-end product prioritization, development, betas, and launches at scale.
This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of Product Operations. This is a growing team at Podium, we’re looking for a contributor to incubate and continue to scale this function across Podium.

- Manage company priority product beta and launch programs to include recruitment, managing milestones across a cross-functional organization, curating feedback and accelerating development and iteration to ensure successful launches.
- Enable product experience changes to rollout efficiently and confidently, ensuring clean, low-risk, well communicated updates to our users, key stakeholders, and the company broadly.
- Partner cross-functionally to enable user-facing teams and go-to-market functions with education, playbooks, documentation and workflows that will support product launches, success goals, and overall product experience health.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to operationalize user feedback systems to capture, synthesize and curate data-driven, high-signal insights to the product teams.
- Regularly engage in product strategy discussions and roadmap planning, influencing prioritization for a nimble team – especially in cases where product requests arise from business critical user pain points, sales opportunities, and industry or competitive landscape changes that may require deviation from an already committed roadmap.
What you should have:
