Overview
Your mission is to coordinate the delivery of mobile, free-to-play games in collaboration with cross-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams from inception to release and beyond. Our Producers work with 3rd party development partners, an internal game team, and teams across Big Fish to support the development, testing, release, and live game operations of EverMerge. Responsibility balancing the push for new features with an eye on the technical and quality necessary to achieve desired results are significant elements of a producer’s day-to-day approach; ensuring all are part of the conversation as features evolve is a vital part of this role. As a “connector” for our team members, producers support all aspects of development, from inception to delivery are communicated and aligned across the disciplines of art, engineering, design, and more with a consistent and cohesive approach.
What You’ll Do
- Work with the production team to deliver a world-class live game experience in collaboration with our 3rd party development partners and our internal team providing support to team members keeping the project on track.
- Collaborate with the team, our development partners, cross-company teams, and studio leadership to coordinate release requirements, scope, schedule, issues, and research from concept through launch of new features and content to support the live game.
- Support discussions with internal and external team members in all areas of game production support to ensure product priorities are communicated, support, awareness, and clarity on all production process elements.
- Communicate and support our development partner and team members to ensure successful execution of new features and project areas you are responsible for stakeholders with guidance from Game Team leadership.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve problems and risks in the production cycle, release processes, and schedules as part of the production team.
- Drive elements of release cycles; documenting and improving release standards and processes as you do.
- Collaborate with the production team members and own evolving projects as needed.
- Speak and write clearly about game status, daily operations, priorities, and production processes to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and awareness.
- Grow your skills as you stay current on a changing mobile market, evolving trends, best practices, game features, and practices to provide insight and feedback on game design, implementation, and options as part of a role on the production team.
What We’re Looking For
- You have 2-3 years of production or project management on a game project, preferably in the mobile space.
- You have experience with the technical aspects impacting game development and have worked with engineers, art, and design on prior projects.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are very organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a creative problem solver and can present options to address game and project issues.
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and/or other project management tools.
- You have used tools such as Confluence and Jira on your projects.
Preferred Experience
- You have experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodologies.
- You have hands-on experience developing software, development tools, and working with engineering teams.

Senior Director, Lead Medical Reviewer – Global Patient Safety

The Sr. Director, Lead Medical Reviewer has the primary responsibility for the oversight of the individual case safety report (ICSR) medical review process for all case level data and aggregate safety data across the Regeneron product portfolio as well as ensuring adherence to quality and compliance metrics. This includes the oversight and management of both internal and external resources provided through third party vendors. This position requires an in-depth understanding of applicable global regulations and the ability to lead and implement effectively functionally within Regeneron, and with vendors and licensing partners externally.
A typical day might look like:
- Leadership and personnel management of the medical review team in accordance with corporate management standards and policies
- Provides direction and guidance to all medical review physician resources, ensuring the highest level of case quality and global regulatory compliance.
- Handles workload within allocated resource and budget to ensure timely completion of deliverables
This role might be for you if:
- Lead all aspects of and ensure the timely review of safety data, both at individual case level and submission of expedited safety reports and other external submissions through effective processes, systems, and internal staff and vendor management
- Drive standardization and quality across the ICSR medical review process
- Act as subject matter expert for a team of physicians supporting the ICSR medical review process
- Provides leadership for internal and external business initiatives including the generation, review and approval of procedural documents in accordance with applicable regulations in all relevant territories (including SOPs, data conventions/internal guidelines, training documents)
- Contribute to study management oversight activities to improve the quality and content of medical safety data such as but not limited to queries, investigator site training, support for investigator-initiated studies (IIS), market research programs (MRPs) and patient support programs (PSPs).
- Ensure effective oversight of internal safety physicians as well as vendor medical review resources including the review of applicable metrics
- Conduct root-cause analysis of procedural deviations as needed to develop and implement CAPAs (Corrective Action and Preventive Actions) in collaboration with GPS Quality and Compliance and GCP Quality to address late reporting or other deviations
- Physician (MD or equivalent) is required. Board Certification (if US) is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in industry, academia or patient care settings is required (may include Residency training and Fellowship training)
- Previous experience performing medical review of ICSR and/or safety data required
- At least 3 years supervisory experience managing direct reports or in a matrix organization with proven proficiency in organizational and planning capabilities

Position Summary
With limited supervision, manage the strategy and execution of digital media at National University System (NUS) and other affiliates. Update the optimizations in the platforms and budget changes to impact performance and increase lead volume ultimately generating revenue for NUS. Develop and implement optimizations across a variety of digital platforms with up to a 25 MM yearly budget.
Essential Functions
- Manages paid search and paid social campaigns, making monetary decisions impacting performance and directly influencing the lead-generation (revenue).
- Creates strategy and builds-out campaigns; launches and manages campaigns, reviewing performance and making changes in the platforms on day-to-day basis.
- Executes multivariate test, including ad copy and landing pages to reach performance targets.
- Conducts competitive research on a regular basis to keep a pulse on the space in order to plan, identify and report new opportunities.

Education & Experience:

About You
