About You

The successful candidate for Senior Associate, Brand Marketing, will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of Nutrafol’s brand marketing strategy and execution. This role reports to the Brand Marketing Manager and will work in close collaboration with marketing, creative, and other cross-functional teams to develop, deliver and optimize branded consumer communications that both elevate the brand and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Marketing Manager on strategic planning and execution of product consideration, conversion and promotion initiatives
  • Collaborate with the growth team on cross-channel marketing efforts (FB/IG, TikTok, Display, Search, Email/SMS + more)
  • Develop creative briefs, inclusive of goals and objectives, messaging direction and creative must-haves
  • Collaborate with internal creative team to deliver best in class acquisition creative from initial briefing and feedback loop to final asset delivery
  • Champion the brand and customer at all times across all consumer channels
  • Translate influencer assets and organic social content into paid ads
  • Support social team on content creator relationships and asset management
  • Manage day-to-day brand team budget including brand contracts, invoicing and licensing for brand and communications teams
  • Create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and freelancers to execute as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience at a DTC brand (wellness or beauty brands preferred)
  • Highly collaborative, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to independently move projects forward
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for details
  • A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Team-player with a no task too small’ attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
  • Ability to manage change, multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects based on business needs
