What you will be doing

You must also be technically competent able to work for different development/product teams, the main objective of your role is to support the teams bringing all technical and process decisions regarding quality from a wide and strategy perspective, you have to be constantly reviewing how the teams are working identifying improvement opportunity support them to implement a new process that helps them being escalating teams, keeping the focus on having a quality mindset in an agile environment.
QA expert is a QA engineer but also has strong knowledge in team strategy, you have to been working with POs, Devs, and QAs making sure the teams are implementing the proper testing coverage in every step in the SDLC, QA expert has also to act as a mentor and participate actively in coaching.
We are looking to recruit a talented and enthusiastic QA Expert who will be doing the following OR Some of your main responsibilities will be:
- Work with multiple independent agile software development teams to ensure that the products meet user expectations.
- Be the expert, coach, and mentor that helps those teams take responsibility and formulate quality control best practices.
- Implement processes and with the team, setting priorities, coaching.
- Help these teams to define quality metrics, how to classify defects, identifying problem areas, and improve team efficiency.
- Ensure teams have the right testing methods, code coverage with automated tests to lower the number of defects.
- Work with product owners on how to define requirements that meet quality standards.
- Evaluate new test management tools and new techniques.
- Supporting HR in the recruitment process as a technical reference.
Knowledge and skills you need to have
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related.
- Significant experience of working in Software Development teams and using QA tools and methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Exceptional knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
- Flexible to work with departments in different time-zones, can specify region
- Upper intermediate English level
- Educational requirements

Job Summary:
Works with cross teams in development, testing and production to create, publish and implement software quality assurance test plans. Develops and executes moderate to complex test scenarios to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Creates and executes automated test scripts, including functional, API and data related tests. Provide visibility with applicable metrics and other reports.Support the Software Application Support team as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Participate in and contribute to the success of the AGILE SDLC
- Become an SME on the system under test
- Participate in test case prioritization and automation preparation
- Moderate focus on automated scripting
- Create sustainable, maintainable manual tests and automation designs
- Create moderate to complex SQL statements
- Gather and analyze requirements, and test in all layers of the system
- Review and provide feedback to the PM/BA teams on missing requirements
- Design and execute manual and/or automated test cases for functional, regression, and/or performance testing, including both back-end and front-end systems
- Manage multiple testing projects simultaneously
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Training & Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in a Quality Assurance or comparable work experience
- Ability to solve complex problems in a fast moving environment
- Experience with Agile, Quality Assurance and SDLC methodologies to drive designs and process improvements
- Experience in manual and automation test design, scripting and execution
- Experience with testing tools such as Zephyr, Jira, Postman, Github, Crossbrowser, etc.
- General experience with automating test scripts and framework maintenance
- Experience testing web based and mobile applications
- Proven experience in coding languages (Java, JavaScript) and SQL is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field (or equivalent work experience)

The Health Senior Client Manager is a critical leader in the delivery of products and services from the point of contract finalization through implementation and ongoing delivery and maintenance. Your impact as a Health Senior Client Manager
Responsibilities include internal leadership of teams supporting implementation and ongoing client projects. - Accountable for training of benefit counselors for new hire and annual enrollment projects, as well as directing and motivating Client Analysts in their support of training

- Deep experience working on digital services including title & registration, trade-in, financing, insurance, document upload, contract signing, scheduling delivery, and payment.
- Experience localizing direct to consumer purchase experiences across domestic and global geographies.
- Expertise in design system refinement, prototyping, and componentization to enable efficiency for both design and engineering
- Comfort with presenting your work, explaining your thinking and working with others to bring your vision to life.
