Alight is Looking for a Health Senior Client Manager
The Health Senior Client Manager is responsible for effectively managing annual enrollment projects while providing outstanding customer services to Alight clients; providing expertise in annual enrollment and new hire services, including core and voluntary benefits, benefits administration and dependent verification.
The Health Senior Client Manager is a critical leader in the delivery of products and services from the point of contract finalization through implementation and ongoing delivery and maintenance. Reporting to a Health Team Leader, the Client Manager is required to be an expert in annual enrollment inclusive of core medical and voluntary insurance products and delivery as well as, benefits communication services, new hire services, benefits administration technology, dependent verification and Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance in support of Alight products and services. As the face of Alight and technical project manager, there is a high degree of internal/external visibility with clients, colleagues and business partners requiring professionalism and enthusiasm for Alight at all times, focusing on the implementation and effective execution of all client projects as defined by the terms of the client agreement.
Your impact as a Health Senior Client Manager
Responsibilities include internal leadership of teams supporting implementation and ongoing client projects. This requires a curious, customer mindset while effectively engaging internal subject matter experts on their relevant areas of support to achieve expected customer outcomes and Alight profitability per client.
- Lead Project Management and Implementation of Alight services for new clients annual enrollment & communication services, new hire enrollment & communication services, core & voluntary benefits, benefits administration and dependent verification
- Provide exceptional Client Management for ongoing service(s) of client accounts inclusive of weekly, bi-monthly and quarterly check-ins through phone, email and onsite support
- Understand and execute communication and enrollment efforts of client benefit plans and eligibility, partnering with appropriate resources for service and platform delivery
- Accountable for training of benefit counselors for new hire and annual enrollment projects, as well as directing and motivating Client Analysts in their support of training
- Manage, meet and exceed client expectations and Alight commitments as set forth by the client agreement
- Serve as lead contact for new and existing clients inclusive of up to 20 clients
- Work with Employee Benefit Resource Center to prepare and execute on annual enrollment, new hire, benefits administration and dependent verification services
- Present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal teams as well as clients
- Prepare and presenting post-project executive debrief presentation for internal teams, client(s) and broker(s)
- Up to 20% travel with the majority of travel during AE projects and client site visits.
Knowledge and skills required
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefit plan administration while working for an employer, insurance administrator or broker.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree required. A degree in business, human resources, health care administration or other related area preferred.
Work Environment
- Must be able to travel – up to 20%
- Currently working in a virtual environment but may be asked to come into a local office when conditions allow.

Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere in between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $65,600.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $162,400.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be bonus eligible. Alight also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
