We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing internal tooling and systems. Reporting to our VP of Technology Implementation, you’ll manage the design and integration of internal tools used by stakeholders in all facets of the business.

As Project Manager, you will:

  • Drive assigned projects to successful completion using provided tools and resources.
  • Translate business stakeholders’ processes into requirements and producible designs.
  • Communicate proactively and accurately; be well prepared to present your projects.
  • Expect and anticipate the change inherent in technology upgrades and business growth.
  • Manage new project launches across multiple organizational stakeholders.
  • Support PMO activities to create and sustain a culture of continuous feedback and improvement in our technology.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ progressing technical project management experience in a PMO environment (recent certification with other project experience may be substituted).
  • Track record of working with business stakeholders to implement software solutions.
  • Experience using data and metrics to make business decisions.
  • Ability to efficiently drive and manage multiple projects across a mix of SDLC models.
  • Pragmatic approach to documenting processes & identifying opportunities /inefficiencies.
  • Exposure to a mix of legacy and new tech stacks and product integrations.
  • An interest in healthcare. This is our world.

And these are nice to have:

  • Recent experience in healthcare or staffing or in the finance industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-company or divisional organization.
  • Enterprise-level PMO operational exposure.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Coda, and similar cloud-based tooling.
  • Certification and educational progression.

Compensation Range

$78,600.00 – $98,300.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life & disability insurance, 401K w/ employer match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
