We are looking for a Venue Sourcing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for the sourcing, negotiation, and contract management of meetings and events for your customers. The Venue Sourcing Consultant is responsible for the day to day client contact and sourcing functions. As a Venue Sourcing Consultant you will:

* Sourcing initiate property search, leverage client preferred properties, monitor responses and prepare availability grids
* Manage contract process, negotiate T&Cs and concessions, and keep supporting documentation
* Consult with client to gather all meeting details for sourcing
* Maximize and leverage sourcing opportunities consolidate spend, drive savings, strategic sourcing
* Exceed client service level agreements and contractual requirements

You’re good at

* Communicating with clients. You have the ability to own the room and convey confidence, knowledge of best practices in events and a professional presence at first impression and on-going.
* Relevant industry experience at least 2-3 years’ experience
* Managing outside vendors, sourcing, and negotiating contract services. Experience with unique venues is a plus.

Pinterest is looking for a Sr. Compensation Lead to join our Compensation Team! Reporting to the Head of Compensation, this role will be responsible for implementing and leading key compensation projects and programs globally to help support Pinterest’s business strategy. This role will be both hands-on and strategic, requiring a creative approach in responding to market challenges as well as a deep understanding of industry best practices to ensure Pinterest’s compensation programs are internally equitable, externally competitive, and sustainable.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design, development and enhancements of Pinterest’s global compensation programs to continue to scale and elevate our compensation offerings to deliver a best in class experience for our employees as Pinterst continues to grow
  • Serve as the key point of contact and advisor on Pinterest’s Global Career Framework to drive continued adoption and alignment on salary and incentive structures, compensation administration practices and job leveling guidelines
  • Help to oversee the continued governance of our programs, while providing thought leadership in the continuous improvement of programs, practices, and policies

  • 8+ years of global compensation experience in a publicly traded company

Where you’ll be working: Knoxville, Atlanta or remote.

A successful candidate will have 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience in areas of technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, and off-page SEO. If you’re confident with sitemap and robots.txt audits and have experience with comprehensive SEO content strategies, but also have a passion for client communication and data science then this position is for you.

What you will be doing:

  • Architect comprehensive SEO strategies and tactics for national and international brands, including multi-location brands
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with effective client communication skills
  • Deep experience in hyperlocal SEO, including location business listing management across dozens of online directories with enterprise level software (Yext, Reputation.com, BrightLocal, etc.)
  • Use enterprise software to monitor, analyze and enhance ratings and reviews for thousands of business locations

Product Designer

The Product Designer on the design system team is a critical role in our Product Development organization. This key contributor is an integral member of the User Experience (UX) organization and works directly with our product development teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences in our product suite.
