The Clinical Project Manager is responsible for project management for the IFP Clinical team including organizing and facilitating IFP Clinical virtual and in-person meetings, developing status reports to present to IFP Clinical leaders, and developing executive dashboards and presentations. This individual must be able to identify and prioritize potential risks and partner with IFP Clinical leaders to develop mitigation plans to ensure milestones and key deliverables are completed on time. This role requires a growth mindset, resourcefulness and resilience, agility, flexibility and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment.

The Clinical Project Manager will report to the Chief Medical Officer within Individual & Family Plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the IFP Clinical team and leadership to drive timelines and project plans for the design, development, and implementation of clinical initiatives for the Individual & Family Plans business
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive successful project execution
  • Establish and facilitate project status meetings, regularly develop and present updates to senior clinical leaders
  • Manage upcoming milestones, identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans with IFP clinical leaders
  • Develop and maintain project planning documents including executive dashboards, executive reports, presentations, and other strategic project management deliverables
  • Develop agendas and facilitate weekly IFP Clinical Leadership meetings including documenting next steps/action items, deliverables, and timeline then tracking and ensuring timely completion of these items and deliverables
  • Organize and facilitate monthly virtual or in-person IFP Clinical meetings including working with IFP clinical leaders on updates on key clinical and cross-functional initiatives, inviting guest speakers from other functional areas, and developing activities to highlight members of our IFP clinical team and promote our shared CLL values and UHG culture
  • Organize and facilitate quarterly in-person IFP Clinical meetings including developing agendas with the IFP Clinical Leadership team, partnering with IFP clinical team members to develop presentations on key clinical initiatives, and planning team building activities that enhance the IFP clinical team relationships and culture

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience with Individual and Family/Individual Exchanges business

About the role

Zillow is looking for a Director to lead an Experience Design team focused on building the center of the Zillow shopping experience including our Home Detail Pages and our ability to connect buyers to real estate agents. Job Summary
The Impact Reporting and Data team works to ensure the Patient Support Pillar is gathering and communicating data in a way that provides meaningful insight into progress against our mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families. The Director, insights and visualization will lead the development of dashboards, reports, infographics, and creative assets that communicate the work of the Patient Support Pillar to internal and external audiences. This position will work collaboratively with team members across the six verticals within the Patient Support Pillar to establish, collect, and report key performance indicators.

This position requires a high level of technical and graphic design skills, a willingness to learn, and a desire to tell a meaningful and compelling story around the Patient Support Pillar’s work.

Major Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and ongoing maintenance of dashboards and ad hoc reports for the PS pillar in Microsoft Power BI, utilizing a strong knowledge of ACS’ systems and data storage practices.
  • Manages data collection workflows to gather, validate, and secure approvals for key performance indicators.
  • Responsible for comprehensive internal documentation of key performance indicators, to include definitions, stewards, and technical specifications.
  • Develops infographics, data visualizations, and other creative assets in accordance with established brand guidelines.
  • Develops and manages pillar-wide communication strategy around the key performance indicators, including the development and ongoing support of the Pillar Metrics page on Society Source.

Formal Knowledge
