Title: Marketing Automation (Marketo) Architect – Remote
Location: Virtual, Other, United States
CommScope has an open position for a Marketo Architect. This is a 100% remote role, and the candidate must be based out of United States.
How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
Your Marketo expertise will drive those connections with customers and prospects globally. You will be instrumental in providing a deep Marketo know-how to the marketing operations team and will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Automation tech stack is best-in-class.
More specifically you will:
- Act as the overall Marketo administrator responsible for using the latest advances across technology to implement data governance and support process improvements
- Oversee day-to-day instance architecture execution work involving Marketing and CRM teams
- Oversee Marketo operational programs, including automations, database hygiene, lead scoring, and lifecycle management
- Monitor Marketo’s health, hygiene, and technical performance (API using, tool speed, database size, cross-platform integrations, and CRM syncing)
- Be a hands-on marketing technology authority, responsible for delivering against various business project needs in a scalable and sustainable fashion
- Be accountable for quality assurance throughout all Marketo architecture efforts
- Be aware of new marketing automation standard methodologies and make recommendations for strategic improvements to the Marketo stack to continually optimize and develop the effectiveness of the platform
- Conduct knowledge transfer/training to internal client teams on solution(s) implemented, along with documentation in support of solutions
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 + years of experience in a Marketo environment
- Experience as a Marketo system administrator
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge
- Adobe Marketo Certified Master and Adobe Marketo Certified Expert certifications highly preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in related CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to relentlessly problem solve and willing to evaluate new ways to optimize and leverage marketing automation
- Collaborative approach and ability to lead and prioritize several complex projects
Perks & Benefits:
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for applicants with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
The expected salary range for this position is $96,300 to $122,700.00
The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
