Join the Analytics team of a high growth Population Health and Analytics software company. You will be reporting to the VP and Chief Analytics Officer and joining a talented team of Data Analysts, BI Developers, and Data Scientists. What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
– Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and content development processes. Be able to support existing analysts with ad-hoc support
In 6 months
– Collaborate with members of arcadia’s product/engineering team to create and deliver new data models and open up new analytic concepts in Arcadia’s customer facing database product
In 12 months
– Work independently to complete requests end-to-end, supporting both internal and external stakeholders
– Be an expert in arcadia’s data model with the ability to convert business concepts into SQL code and be able to convert SQL code back to business concepts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering across arcadia’s organization to drive the creation and expansion of novel IP
- Collaborate with clients to help them solve problems using data
- Collaborate with arcadia’s product and analytics team to expand and unlock our customers data
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent technical experience
- 2+ years of experience working in the tech industry
- Proficiency with SQL- This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with complex databases.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS

Serve as a member of Arcadia’s product development team for our high growth Population Health and Analytics software. Will analyze large and diverse data sets on our customized data model and systems to support a wide variety of customers in the healthcare space.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data integration process and data quality tools
- Begin completing data integration implementation tasks with the assistance of a senior data quality and implementation analyst
- Develop crossteam relationships (Account Management, Implementation Management and Data Management)
In 6 months
- Take ownership of a customer and the data quality and implementation tasks associated with the customer
- Complete most data integration and data quality tasks with minimal assistance
- Begin contributing to process improvement conversations
- Share subject matter expertise in health care data with fellow Arcadians
In 12 months
- Take ownership of a portfolio of customers
- Work independently in completing data quality and data integration tasks for customers in your portfolio
- Have customer facing conversations independently on a regular basis. Be able to articulate data quality nuances and issues to the customer so that the customer can understand the root cause and any resolution necessary.
- Develop innovative approaches to data quality management and implementation, by using your deep industry experience, and then share these innovations across teams
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare, analyze and visualize tens of millions of healthcare data records to support marketing and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, customer requests and product Research and Development (R&D);
- Balance and deliver on multiple adhoc data analyses for customers;
- Take ownership of content creation over specific domains including: Readmissions and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH);
- Build content for Arcadia’s proprietary technical foundry database and systems;
- Support production support team in identification of issues and root causes;
- Assist junior analysts with complex data analytics;
- Develop and create dashboards and analyze medical economics data to identify insights that assist customers with valuebased care;
- Assist customers on technical aspects of our population healthcare analytics terms; and
- Become an expert in Arcadia’s customer facing analytics tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in a data analytics role serving the healthcare provider industry; or
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and 5 years of experience in a data analytics role serving the healthcare provider industry.
- Must also have 3 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above) with the following:
- Performing data analytics with respect to medical and pharmacy claims, population health management and valuebased care contracts, Social Determinants of Health data, Care management processes including experience simulating care management outcomes and Medical economics;
- Report creation, modeling, and trend forecasting;
- Working across product, operations, and marketing analytics including defining key metrics, building insightful dashboards and pipelines, designing/analyzing experiments, and conducting postlaunch analysis;
- Working with key IT business systems, reporting and analytics, and data warehousing; and
- MS SQL Server, Tableau, Quick Site, Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, GGPlot and advanced Excel.
- Must also have strong communication and presentation skills.

As a Senior Product Designer for the Design System team with Housecall Pro, you are passionate about design systems and component-driven design. You have successfully built a scalable and documented design system. You work closely with product designers and software engineers to ensure a beautiful, consistent, and cohesive experience across our platforms. You build, test, document, and maintain components, patterns, and templates for mobile apps and responsive web.

About the Role
The Manager, Software Engineering of Dealer Inspire’s Website Platform is responsible for software health, maintaining high quality code standards, acting as champion for best practices, and ensuring timely delivery of the team’s assigned work. Beyond the technology, the Manager, Software Engineering must provide support and mentorship to their team members.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, OEM Engineering, this role is an essential bridge between our OEM Program Management Team and the engineering team(s) providing organizational and technical leadership for our OEM Integration team, gathering requirements for brand-specific projects, identifying project resource needs, and keeping stakeholders up to date on progress and timelines.
This role requires expert knowledge of the Dealer Inspire Website Platform and associated architecture. Strong problem solving, organization, and documentation skills are key to success.
