As a part of the newly formed Global Talent Acquisitions (GTA) Program Management Office (PMO), this project manager will manage recruitment training and resources efforts: projects and workstreams include establishing a new recruiter training program at scale, creating a system and mechanism that provides clear visibility to training needs, and launching new projects as they arise (e.g., audit requests, training requests, consultation).


As a project manager, Training & Resources, you will

Manage new and existing projects using the project management lifecycle and available Starbucks methodologies, provide formal project updates, and deliver on program outcomes defined by key stakeholders and GTA leaders.
Design new rhythm of the business processes and procedures to deliver on continuous improvement and sustainment of GTA training and resources efforts.

The Manager, People Business Partner are expert consultants on talent and organizational needs within their assigned business unit or function.

This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to implement talent programs that support and enable the business operation. This talent consultant builds strong relationships with business leaders and employees to align our people strategy with business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main People Team point of contact for assigned business units, creating rapport and trust while actively supporting and connecting managers and employees with needed processes and resources. Partner with cross-functional People Team members to provide full lifecycle support of employee-related activities.
  • Support and manage several People processes and programs (talent acquisition, organizational change management, learning and development program design and deliver, performance management, etc.).
  • With the assistance of other team members, manage the planning and execution of meaningful internal company engagement in alignment with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on People Team projects that help streamline processes that impact the employee experience.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention, and facilitate employee change requests.
  • Is a resource to leaders and employees on workplace matters and facilitates problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts in alignment with company values. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and assist with reasonable accommodations, coaching and terminations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and recommended best practices related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide HR policy guidance and review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Gather employee feedback and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.

The Graphic Designer III will work within CamelBak’s Creative team to provide top level digital design in a highly collaborative creative work environment. This role works alongside the Ecommerce and Brand Marketing teams in the ideation, conceptualization, design, and development of creative content for digital marketing initiatives and website experiences. This position is a pivotal role within the marketing organization, and requires an experienced, creative, and motivated Graphic Designer to provide forward thinking creative development grounded in their digital expertise.In this role, you will have a strong hand in shaping and executing CamelBak’s visual brand direction across all B2B & B2C digital touchpoints.

You are primarily responsible for developing design solutions from conception through implementation that translate and support our CamelBak brand, e-commerce traffic and growth strategy. You should be able to visually tell stories and create concepts that connect copy and visuals in a clever and interesting way, all while driving our unique brand positioning and strong calls to action. You have experience working with retail brands in the digital space and can easily put yourself in the mind of our consumer to create highly engaging, accessible, and inclusive digital content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIORITIES

  • Work with the creative, ecommerce and marketing teams to design and develop consumer facing digital marketing touchpoints such as website merchandising assets, landing pages, enhanced product page content,digital ads, emails from concept development, through wireframe, to delivery of final design files.
  • Create visual and digital graphic deliverables, focusing on social media (paid and organic), on-site placements, and email design (single image, animation, GIFs).
