Level2 is a healthcare start-up that is building the next generation of virtual care for individuals with chronic conditions including Type 2 diabetes. This new business is dedicated to empowering patients to manage and achieve remission of their condition through an end-to-end virtual care offering. There are mountains of data generated throughout the program, and there is a great need to be able to utilize that data in decision making that will shape the future of Level2. The Reporting Analyst position will play a key part in building out the capabilities of the Reporting team. This individual will partner with care team leaders to evaluate care strategy and facilitate improved patient outcomes through data-driven evidence.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Query, clean, combine, and validate large datasets from a variety of sources
  • Create scheduled, automated, and ad-hoc reporting as needed using a variety of software ( PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Aid in the development of data models that allow for self-service reporting
  • Elicit, massage, and document business reporting requirements that tell the story of how Level2 is driving toward goals
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting efforts meet business needs
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure that Level2 data is of high quality and reliability by providing
  • Be curious and independently explore patterns in data that could lead to improvement in Level2 business strategy
  • Be willing to take on additional projects as Level2 grows and evolves

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerBI/Tableau or other data visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with R and/or Python
  • Experience working with data in the healthcare industry, including claims and other protected data

Day-to-day

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Calibrate on open jobs and quickly generate multiple pipelines of high quality, diverse candidates

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Recruiting experience for Software Engineers – this could be 3 years of Sourcing experience if you are looking to learn more about closing.
  • Proven experience with niche sourcing – Ex. Security SWE, Video SWE, SRE, Research and ML Engineers
  • Comfortable with high-volume sourcing, great track record of filling assigned roles
  • Motivated to bring a DEI lens to every hiring decision
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re comfortable code-switching between selling, evangelizing, facilitating, and storytelling. You’re reliable and quick, but also you’re comfortable naming when something may take longer than you initially expected!
  • Your Recruiting decisions are rooted in data – you don’t have to guess what’s working and not

  • Support the strategy and execution of optimizing the conversion funnel, improving each step of the funnel from landing page to purchase for 30M brands

  • Experience growing CVR, revenue, and downstream metrics through A/B testing each step of the conversion funnel
  • Have experience developing, structuring, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on tests

What’s so interesting about this role?

We are looking for a driven, organized and experienced Accounting Manager who is inspired by a fast-paced environment and building a strong Accounting function. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading and improving the financial statement close process, which includes revenue, capitalized software (ASC 350), leases (ASC 842), CECL analysis, accrued expenses, and cash, as well as help establish standardized management reporting and variance analyses. Additionally, this person will drive process improvements, and support Grindr’s growth and evolution after our recent IPO. An ideal candidate has a strong understanding of US GAAP, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

What’s the job?

  • Drive month-end close process and financial statement review, including preparation of variance analyses and account reconciliations
  • Ownership over the capitalized software process, including liaising with the Engineering team to ensure proper GAAP treatment
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy over lease accounting, including accounting for subleases and tracking deposits
  • Develop and document processes and workflows in order to improve existing processes to support growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and accurate accounting
  • Identify and design any financial controls needed; ensure internal controls operate effectively
  • Perform technical accounting research to resolve questions, as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can work in partnership with people outside of the accounting function.
  • Liaise with the external auditors during quarterly reviews and the year-end audit
  • Provide disclosure support needed for SEC filings
