Level2 is a healthcare start-up that is building the next generation of virtual care for individuals with chronic conditions including Type 2 diabetes. This new business is dedicated to empowering patients to manage and achieve remission of their condition through an end-to-end virtual care offering. There are mountains of data generated throughout the program, and there is a great need to be able to utilize that data in decision making that will shape the future of Level2. The Reporting Analyst position will play a key part in building out the capabilities of the Reporting team. This individual will partner with care team leaders to evaluate care strategy and facilitate improved patient outcomes through data-driven evidence.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Query, clean, combine, and validate large datasets from a variety of sources
- Create scheduled, automated, and ad-hoc reporting as needed using a variety of software ( PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)
- Aid in the development of data models that allow for self-service reporting
- Elicit, massage, and document business reporting requirements that tell the story of how Level2 is driving toward goals
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting efforts meet business needs
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure that Level2 data is of high quality and reliability by providing
- Be curious and independently explore patterns in data that could lead to improvement in Level2 business strategy
- Be willing to take on additional projects as Level2 grows and evolves

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience with PowerBI/Tableau or other data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with R and/or Python
- Experience working with data in the healthcare industry, including claims and other protected data
