About the Role
As a Junior SEO Content Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of creating and optimizing content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website. In this role you will:
- Report to the Sr. SEO Manager and work closely with the entire SEO team
- Create SEO briefs and write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
- Review and audit existing SEO content to find new and missed opportunities
- Identify and optimize site pages by creating SEO wireframes
- Manage the SEO content calendar for English and international blogs
- Own on-page optimization (H1, H2s, internal/external links, title and meta, structured data, etc.)
- Work on organic growth initiatives with a fast-moving, cross-functional team.
- Track, analyze and report using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO industry tools
- Do extensive keyword research to align with our SEO strategy
- Keep current with Google algorithm updates
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in SEO and content creation in a full-time or internship capacity
- Excellent written skills; ability to organize and present information on screen and verbally with a team
- Understanding of search engine optimization best practices and principles
- Desire to learn all aspect of SEO
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factors
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools

Job Description
The Design Principal Video leads and manages a range of complex creative solutions from concept through final execution, with an emphasis on concepting, directing and creating video and motion graphic work. In addition, they will oversee a small team of graphic designers, ensuring work reflects strategic direction and meets brand guidelines.
