Current Health is seeking a Program Manager to join the Professional Services Project Management Office (PMO). The Program Manager will play an essential role in the proactive management, coordination, and oversight of large, multi-project programs for our most complex enterprise customers. The Program Manager leads the creation of all project/program management materials and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet agreed-up deadlines. Responsibilities

Generates, maintains and organizes work planning documents and coordinates delivery of all program deliverables and artifacts. Conducts routine analysis to track program progress and update plans as needed.

Successfully collaborates with Current Health teams and customer stakeholders to identify, deploy, evaluate, and scale complex programs at enterprise level healthcare organizations.

Program manages multiple project teams and delivery of projects within a regulated medical device quality process.

Ensures adherence of the program to all compliance, regulatory and accreditation standards, along with best practices.

Reviews existing contracts and agreements to identify and plan for outlined deliverables

Reports program status to senior management and customer senior leadership and executives through written and verbal communication.

About the Job

The Sales & Distribution Analytics Manager will be responsible for all aspects of distribution data and strategy including the development of long-term & short-term strategic goals. The National Network Print Planner will be part of a new team focused on ensuring the journalism produced at USA Today and Gannett’s 200+ local newspapers is distributed throughout the company’s many print editions and eNewspaper products. The national network print planner will coordinate efforts with a team of three rewrite editors, who will edit and rewrite USA Today and local market content for use nationally across the USA Today Network.
