You Will:

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market trends.
  • Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation by considering customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and our field organization, to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
  • Lead and motivate these teams to work towards common product goals, effectively managing resources and timelines.
  • Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the product’s evolution over time, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with your engineering manager and UX designer on the product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Partner with your product marketing manager to coordinate product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
  • Use data analytics and user feedback to make informed decisions about product improvements, optimization, and iteration.
  • Continuously monitor product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market trends to adapt the product strategy as needed.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience as a product manager for a software product, B2B or B2C cloud experience
  • 5+ years experience as a product owner on agile development teams
  • Experience taking a product from conception to market
  • Experience delivering consumer grade experiences for challenging business problems
  • Experience analyzing business and usage data to understand usage patterns and priorities
  • Experience working with UX and engineering teams; deep commitment to customers and team collaboration
  • Experience working directly with customers to understand their unique challenges

The Amplify Desmos Math curriculum blends both paper and digital tasks to support social classrooms, invite mathematical creativity, provoke wonder, and celebrates the brilliance of every student.

Two features are central to our digital lessons: 1) animated, interpretive feedback on a student’s mathematical ideas and 2) intuitive, delightful interactions designed to encourage creativity, exploration, and observation.

Interaction Developers will work as part of the Digital Curriculum team, which itself is part of the larger Amplify Math Curriculum Team, and specialize in graphing or Computation Layer work that supports the development of lessons, practice, and assessments for Amplify Math. This role is a great fit for you if you have strong opinions about what makes an interaction intuitive, delightful, and visually appealing; and can help us understand the perspectives of people who are historically excluded in mathematics, education, or technology. Responsibilities of the Interaction Developer:

  • Work collaboratively with the curriculum team to author and revise digital interactives and manipulatives for the Amplify Math Suite and brainstorm solutions to challenges or needs that arise in lesson development.
  • Join other Interaction Developers in steadily leveling up the team’s skills by sharing best practices, discussing challenging problems, and reviewing interactions in existing lessons.
  • Explore the boundaries of what’s possible with our technology and offer feedback to the product and engineering teams to help drive future development of the tools we use to build our curriculum.
  • Work with the Design team in integrating images and illustrations into interactives.
  • Participate in workshops with Curriculum and Design teams.

Basic Qualifications of the Grapher, Interaction Developer:

  • Experience with Desmos Graphing Calculator and/or Computation Layer
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, mathematics education, or another quantitative field
  • Experience working with students in a classroom, online, or tutoring setting.
  • Proficiency using digital teamwork tools, including spreadsheets and Google Drive
  • Willingness to travel to Amplify’s New York Office Headquarters for occasional workshops

Preferred (but not Required) Qualifications of the Interaction Developer:

  • Face-to-face classroom teaching experience, at any grade level
  • For those specializing in graphs:
    • Proficiency with lists, parametric equations, polygons, restrictions, and sliders in the Desmos graphing calculator
  • For those specializing in Computation Layer:

The Opportunity:

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is currently recruiting for an Imaging Systems Analyst to join the Imaging team within Information Technology. As an Imaging Analyst, you will be using state-of-the-art technologies to help drive our Imaging System forward. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the imaging platform in addition to the mission critical integrations.

The Imaging Systems Analyst position is highly technical and directly impacts the function of the Imaging system and utilizing a toolkit that includes : Oracle WebCenter Content, Enterprise Capture, BPM Composer, and an array of tool-sets like Oracle Weblogic, JDeveloper, BPMN, Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle SQL Developer.


Your role demands a blend of technical strength and a strong attitude for collaboration, serving as both an individual contributor and a leader on various projects. When leading projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project life-cycle and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all deliverables. This position will include mentoring other team members that require assistance in solving complex problems.

The Imaging System Analyst is an on-call support position and will be on a rotating schedule for maintenance and other system upgrades outside of normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:
