The Opportunity:

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is currently recruiting for an Imaging Systems Analyst to join the Imaging team within Information Technology. As an Imaging Analyst, you will be using state-of-the-art technologies to help drive our Imaging System forward. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the imaging platform in addition to the mission critical integrations.

The Imaging Systems Analyst position is highly technical and directly impacts the function of the Imaging system and utilizing a toolkit that includes : Oracle WebCenter Content, Enterprise Capture, BPM Composer, and an array of tool-sets like Oracle Weblogic, JDeveloper, BPMN, Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle SQL Developer.


Your role demands a blend of technical strength and a strong attitude for collaboration, serving as both an individual contributor and a leader on various projects. When leading projects, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project life-cycle and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all deliverables. This position will include mentoring other team members that require assistance in solving complex problems.

The Imaging System Analyst is an on-call support position and will be on a rotating schedule for maintenance and other system upgrades outside of normal business hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge in workflow configuration and imaging document management processes.
  • Knowledge of document imaging systems and document capture.
  • Demonstrated commitment to IT Core Values, embodying the principles of improvement, team belief, accountability, learning from errors, determination, focus, and tenacity.
  • An in-depth knowledge of SQL and Developer Application; familiarity with Oracle Middleware is a valuable asset.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to swiftly recalibrate priorities, showcasing adaptability and flexibility.
  • High level of computer literacy encompassing fundamental technology concepts and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, electronic mail, and Internet usage.

  • Capacity to rapidly embrace and master evolving technological advancements, staying in step with the pace of new and changing technology.
