About the Role:
Our Ads Eng team is building out the Ads Ecosystem at Tubi to help advertisers reach their target audience as well as users to enjoy their favorite content for free. You will work with Tubi’s Machine Learning and Data Science teams to build distributed systems that place ads most optimally on Tubi apps through sophisticated algorithms on ad delivery pacing and planning. As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality advertising products, collaborating with other teams, and leading a team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advertising technology, solving loosely defined problems and leading engineering teams. You will also improve the way we deploy and operate our services and even contribute to open-source projects.

Essential Job Duties
- Adhere to WelbeHealth Agile DevOps processes, tools, and environments for requirements capture, architecture and design, construction, quality assurance, code, and documentation version control, production deployment, troubleshooting, and change management.

As a Senior Consultant, you will have the right mix of demonstrated project management skills and experience, exceptional organizational and self-management qualities, strong leadership and client-facing capabilities, and effective written and verbal communication skills. You will have 8+ years working with and/or for state government agencies for HHS programs (such as Public Health, SNAP, TANF, Behavioral Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Child Care, Child Welfare, and Aging), and you will be comfortable working in many different environments within state government. You will oversee BerryDunn projects teams consisting of business analysts, technical analysts, and other staff on information technology (IT) systems planning and procurement, business process improvement/analysis, independent verification & validation (IV&V), IT and data governance, and other similar projects. IT and management consulting experience is preferred, and the right candidate will be comfortable working with clients on IT- and policy-related projects.
