What you’ll do

We are looking for a strong leader to join our team as part of the Finance & Business Operations Organization. As a key team member of a high-visibility organization, this role will provide both technical and operational support to Cloudflares Global Commissions Tooling & Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Direction, Product Vision, Customer Discovery, Feature Prioritization & Cross-functional alignment for Cloudflares Commission Tech Stack
  • Identify & implement leading practice architecture and build techniques, optimizing for scalability, flexibility and analytical intelligence
  • Own & coordinate managed services resources, leveraging to execute and implement builds, enhancements and testing
  • Implement robust and thorough change management processes and testing framework

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Project Management, Consulting, or Incentive Compensation Administration; experience with a Saas business model preferred
  • Firm grasp of the commission administrative process flow, including plan document distribution and tracking; transaction crediting; incentive calculations; payment file preparation; and issue resolution
  • Experience or understanding of commissions-specific SOX Controls
  • Experience with Varicent, Anaplan ICM, Xactly, Calidus or a similar ICM tool
  • Experience with SQL platforms and queries

About the Role:

As a Regional Vice President, Strategic Sales at Motive, you will be a key leader in our fastest growing segment at Motive. Our RVPs manage a team of Strategic Account Executives and guide them in both engaging and closing Motives largest prospects. Youll lead initiatives across hiring, coaching, and enablement to support Motives growth & success. Your team will sell into the most impactful companies in North America that power the physical economy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a world-class team of Strategic Account Executives that youll partner with on prospecting strategy, account planning, pipeline reviews, achieving revenue targets
  • Develop and execute on strategic account and territory plans across Motives largest accounts for your team to meet or exceed ACV targets over monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
  • Track progress and success of your Account Executives against various primary KPIs, coaching and enabling their success across short and long-term goals

Sr. Information Security Engineer

Description
As a Sr Information Security Engineer you will be considered a technical expert in one or more phases of Information Security engineering. This includes providing design recommendations based on long-term IT/Information Security organization strategy and expertise to mitigate risk and drive business results. This Product Owner will be part of our Engineering Productivity team. The Product Owner works on a cross functional team to create meaningful and simple experiences for their product’s customers.
