Here’s what you will experience working as a Physician Advisor:

  • Addresses the following issues: authorization requested, documentation support or lack of support for that authorization, evidence-based criteria for that support, and complex clinical evaluation of the request as a whole.
  • Review and respond to the payor and customer in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage with payor medical directors to discuss appropriate authorization status as supported by documentation.
  • Provide written analysis of the case and perform case reviews across multiple specialties.
  • Serve as a clinical resource to medical and case management staff by providing identification, facilitation, and resolution of documentation and utilization issues.

Required Skills:

As a Senior Staff Product Designer at CARS, you will help solve challenges unique to our dual-sided marketplace by creating and delivering thoughtful product design solutions to car shoppers and dealer customers through design, research, empathy, and vigor. The Sr. Product Designer II for Consumer Monetization will be responsible for designing the experience to surface and sell auto-related products and services to the millions of car owners that visit our site each day. The Lead Product Designer for Consumer Monetization will do this by partnering closely with internal stakeholders (including Finance, Media, Marketing, and Sales), external stakeholders (near endemic partners), cross-functional teams, and other product designers to design products and features that excite, educate, and engage vehicle owners.

You will support Product Design team leadership by contributing to the establishment of strategy, vision, and architecture to deliver optimal product designs and user experiences. You contribute to expanded style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems for CARS products. You operate as an expert-level individual contributor with lead duties and develop design processes and resources with minimal oversight on multiple products or subject matter areas, while understanding the relationships and impact within the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Experience designing mobile, tablet, and desktop experiences for responsive web.
  • Experience delivering wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and dev-ready high-fidelity designs.
  • Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
  • Partner with some facets of the business, contributing to product strategy and vision. Lead design alignment efforts with stakeholders across the organization to create a fit with strategic vision and coordinate through execution. See the connections between systems and lead projects or work with teams to bring them together.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, anticipating and prioritizing the needs of stakeholders. Proactively brainstorm initial design concepts with cross-functional teams to bring product requirements to fruition.
  • Engage in user-based research throughout the design process. Measure how your designs perform and come up with hypotheses for ways to improve performance. Represent the design team as a subject matter expert across cross-functional teams.
  • Set an example of what Design leadership looks like in the organization by: staying open to feedback; providing design guidance to other product designers; mentoring designers throughout the organization; and providing constructive, respectful feedback on design deliverables. You are also able to delegate design projects to other designers.
  • Translate complex user and business needs into simple, viable product design solutions.
  • Maintain a presence in the broader Product Design community.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual design, human-computer interaction, industrial design or related, or equivalent work experience.

We are looking for a Senior Cross-Platform Engineer to join our team. You will help push forward cross-platform engineering initiatives and growth opportunities on behalf of our mobile and web developers. You will also work as part of a cross-functional pod to find elegant solutions to mental healthcare’s many problems. Additionally, you will help guide the growth of other engineers as a senior member.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Design and expand the capabilities of our Flutter app and web front end built in React with Redux when needed
  • Become a leader in documentation and standards; build docs and automations for better Flutter, Web and API (GraphQL) development
  • Deliver features by working across our stack such as Push Notifications or multi platform flows.
  • Show initiative in contributing throughout our tech stack when needed

The Events + Experiences team is in need of an Event Registration Planner who will help bring events to life. Our events span across different product areas of the business, inviting top partners and clients across the globe. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the attendee journey – from working with the Audience Development team in building the guest list (from 200 – 5,000 guests), to creating the website and registration flows, to the onsite guest check-in. This individual needs to think critically and execute quality levels of service across all aspects of registration.
