What you will contribute:

  • Implement front-end ecommerce marketplace updates including:
  • Creating and maintaining marketplace collections and assortments
  • Managing site setup configurations and tasks for new marketplace and feature launches with a focus on delivery to deadline
  • Building out product and program pages for new and existing marketplaces
  • Implementing enhancements and updates pertaining to product detail, pricing, content, etc.
  • Execute accurate quality assurance processes
  • Participate in promotion operations planning and execution processes
  • Plan and execute accurate changes in product rebates on the marketplaces
  • Intake and assess client requests from internal stakeholders
  • Actively communicate updates to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback for improvement on current processes to drive efficiency. Introduce ideas for upstream solutions to recurring problems.
  • Maintain and update documentation

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Designer who will lead the core UX experience of Caper Carts interface. Caper Cart, Instacarts AI-powered smart cart, aims to transform the in-store grocery shopping experience by helping customers save time and money while helping retailers grow their business. You will be working on a dynamic surface that involves collaboration with various teams to implement a seamless experience throughout the shopping and checkout process. Your mission will be to streamline and simplify what it takes for a customer to purchase and save on groceries in person.

We are looking for a Product Designer who will significantly contribute to enhancing the interface of Caper Cart, Instacarts AI-powered smart cart. As part of our team, you will:

  • Support the ongoing design of Caper Carts UX, focusing on creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience for customers.
  • Partner closely with the Lead Product Designer on our Core Experience pillar to ensure a cohesive and holistic experience across the shopper journey.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including industrial designers, motion designers, product managers, and engineers, to integrate diverse insights into the design process.
  • Help to streamline and simplify the shopping journey, making it easy, fun, and useful, for customers to use the cart.

About the Team –

Caper Carts Core Experience team is responsible for the main interface that customers use while shopping in grocery stores. This includes the pre-shopping, shopping, and post shopping experience such as onboarding, adding and removing items, payments and checkout. This team is a key pillar within Caper Cart and collaborates closely with other pillars working on value and monetization, customer delight, and retailer customizations.

About the Job

Were seeking a creative problem solver to define the next generation of in-store shopping experiences by pushing the boundaries of design. Youll use your full range of skills including strategic design, ideation, interaction design, and visual design to shape and ship amazing experiences. Youll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Industrial Design, and Motion Design to identify new opportunities and bring them to life.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of working on consumer interfaces that sit at the intersection of software and hardware. Minimum 5+ years experience working on consumer products.

So, whats the role?

Kin is currently seeking an HR Operations Manager to play a key role on a growing HR Team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, you will manage Kins HR Operations function, as it pertains to implementing & maintaining our HCM system (Workday), ensuring data integrity & system optimization, building reporting capabilities, and training internal stakeholders on how to utilize the system. Partnering with the HR team, you will provide technical support for our overall HR technology stack.

A day in the life could include:

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday, spearheading the full-cycle implementation of Workday Launch Express, and aligning it with strategic HR goals and business requirements. May at times also lead certain initiatives and projects during the implementation timeline.
  • Responsible for overall administration and management of Workday post-implementation, working alongside internal stakeholders such as IT, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal, as well as external vendors; with respect to system configuration, troubleshooting, data security, compliance, reporting & dashboard building, etc.
  • Ensure Workday landing page is kept up to date and configured to deliver appropriate content based on employees roles.
  • Build and update functionality within Workday to meet changing business needs and discern if the use of third party vendors are needed.
  • Review functionality of various other HR point solutions and integrations to ensure capabilities meet the needs of the business and overall HR processes.
  • Support internal communication efforts for initial go-live of Workday and general employee use of the system. Put together training content and present materials to various groups as needed. Conduct live walkthroughs of the system for certain projects as needed (open enrollment, performance and compensation cycles, etc.).
  • Engage with the Workday community for in-depth awareness of new products and system functionality. Share product developments and updates with the HR team.
  • Support audit activities by keeping accurate records.
  • Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout position responsibilities. Build and maintain partnerships with internal business stakeholders.
  • Assist with fulfilling 401(k) data requests and providing payroll records as requested for annual plan audit. Assist with providing reporting for general HR data.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity across the HR tech stack and partner to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Provide support and serve as a back-up to the Payroll team as needed.
  • Support organization, maintenance, and access for main HR Google drive.

Ive got the skills but do I have the necessary ones?

  • 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations roles. Experience with Workday is a must.
  • Experience implementing Workday from beginning to go-live. Workday Launch Express experience is preferred.
  • Experience configuring Workday modules such as Core HCM, Peakon, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Talent Optimization, People Analytics, Time Tracking, Absence Management, etc.
  • Experience managing the day-to-day operations of Workday, including building workflows, configurations, reports, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and outcomes in cross-functional teams. Prefer working in fast-paced environments, with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Successfully led complex projects with various stakeholders – delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
