About the role:

Nintex is currently seeking a full-time Events Manager for its Americas events reporting to the Director of Revenue Marketing for AMER. The Event Manager will manage the overall execution of live & virtual events. The ideal candidate will have a strong event management background, a creative and strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally, and proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Your contribution will be:

  • Serve as events lead overseeing all aspects of AMER event strategy and budgets in alignment with Field Marketing
  • Project management for US-based events
  • Identify new industry events aligned to company objectives
  • Deliver top-tier live & remote experiences for that maximize engagement and deliver on event objectives
  • Drive alignment of some multi-national events to ensure consistency of branding and process
  • Coordinate with brand marketing, production, and operational teams to ensure event objectives, attendee experience, and operational excellence achieved at all events globally.
  • Develop and implement event processes and tools such as budget trackers, project timelines, production schedules, event specs, and onsite tracking documents to ensure parity across global network of engagement hub events
  • Provide hands-on support for industry events that require live and/or virtual support. This may include onsite pre-production, live event management, remote management, and staff training
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, external and internal partners
  • Conduct post-event reporting and tracking for ROI analysis

To be successful, we think you need:

  • Remote position – travel required (up to 25%)
  • 6-8 years of event management and/or trade show experience required, with a proven track record of managing experiential events and activations
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously

About the Role

As a Training Content Creator on the Enablement team at Rula, you will create effective, engaging learning resources that empower frontline teams, such as customer support, to excel and adapt to ongoing challenges. This dynamic role combines creating impactful training materials with acting as a critical operational partner during product development and the delivery of new services.

In this role, you will leverage learning and media technologies to create engaging resources, including self-paced online courses, instructional videos, and other training tools. As a Part-Time Instructor, you’ll scale your impact as a web development/software engineering professional by training the next generation of web developers. You’ll create engaging and dynamic learning experiences through deployment of instructional best practices that are student-centered and designed to meet the needs of adult learners. You’ll facilitate lessons from the curriculum serving as a subject matter expert to students relating course concepts to the profession and real world. You will support students through exercises designed to build knowledge and skills and promote grit, problem-solving and a collaborative learning community.
