Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: US remote; prefer EST or CST timezones.
Job Type: Part-time, estimate 20 hours/week.
Compensation Range: $36 – 42 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support our corporate marketing strategy as we grow and expand our brand presence in the marketplace. You’ll play an instrumental role in transforming innovative ideas and messages into measurable results by executing a range of marketing-related activities. This position requires an understanding of marketing communication strategies and tactics while balancing the importance of message quality, speed to the targeted audience, and timely social media activation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our Leadership Team and Product experts to successfully execute tactical marketing initiatives across various channels – with a primary focus on email marketing (via Constant Contact) and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to the on-time delivery of direct email and social media campaigns.
- Build and activate topic-specific landing pages aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Maintain our CRM database accuracy while providing metrics and reporting on marketing programs’ effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing deliverables leverage and comply with brand standards.
- Coordinate with external creative partners like copywriters and graphic designers when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in B2B marketing, Marketing Communications, or online marketing activation.
- Working knowledge of online campaign activation tools such as LinkedIn, Google, etc., and Constant Contact CRM tool.
- Comfortable operating in a remote, professional workplace setting.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Prioritization, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment.
- Must be flexible and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Situational awareness to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Compelling work ethic focused on high-quality deliverables, excellent proofreading skills, and high attention to detail.
- Understanding or experience in the Consumer Products Goods (CPG) industry is a definite plus.
