Job Summary:

The Technical Support Advocate assists internal and external customers through support and implementation processes and works hand-in-hand with all levels of the customer’s staff, and employees throughout the implementation process. Monitor and motivate the staff regarding progress of their installs, and abilities to adhere to team guidelines and procedures

What we are looking for:

Amsive is currently looking for a Email Production Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to join our Email Services team. The position is full-time remote.This position will be actively involved in email development, data list management, and provide internal and external customer support of the email service providers used. The Email Production Specialist will design and develop HTML emails daily, manage and load lists into SFMC, maintain subscriber attributes, and schedule emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.  The position will support existing and new email campaigns and automated programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, strategic thinking, organizational, and teamwork skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Set up, configure, test, and manage marketing automation campaigns and campaigns workflows
  • Maintain subscriber/purchaser data, imports, and segmentation using a combination of tools and databases.
  • Utilize SFMC and external email service provider applications to build, schedule and launch daily campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the email marketing team to meet client goals and expectations.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign results, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities to improve.
  • Work with cross functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate team members.
  • Create and update product documentation.

Who you are:

  • 2-3+ years of experience with email development/design strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding, development, and troubleshooting skills for table-based HTML email, comfortable working directly in code (HTML, Inline CSS, etc.) is required.
  • Experience in other platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Send Grid, Braze, Hubspot, or similar.
  • Photoshop skills and knowledge required (promo, banner, image creation and enhancements). Experience with tools like the Adobe Cloud Suite & Figma preferred.
  • Email automation experience and knowledge of email best practices strongly preferred.
  • Mobile and email design experience required, with responsive & dark-mode HTML design & experience required.
  • List management (list segmentation, suppression lists, etc.) and basic data management experience (pulling data, cross referencing, importing, and maintaining subscriber attributes) preferred.

We are seeking a talented Image and Video Synthesis AI Engineer to join our team and help us develop advanced AI technologies for image and video synthesis and manipulation. Overview

Mark1 seeks a Head of Origination to oversee diligence of commercial viability, develop go-to-market strategies and execute financeable offtake agreements in collaboration with a portfolio of emerging climate technology startups. Mark1 is a developer-as-a-service for first-of-a-kind industrial climate technologies. We work with technology companies and, through a structured approach, leverage our expertise and extensive network to plan and co-develop their first commercial-scale projects. By aligning incentives with project milestones, Mark1 creates the right structure to bridge the financing gap and accelerate the energy transition.

Mark1 is a joint initiative of Deep Science Ventures (DSV), RMI and its climatetech accelerator, Third Derivative (D3).

Key Responsibilities

Program Manager, Adaptation and Resilience

Job description 

Based on the foundation’s evolving strategy, growing funder interest, and urgent need, ClimateWorks has been leading a coalition of philanthropic actors on climate change adaptation and resilience and now has an established grantmaking program. We are seeking a program manager to assist our team, in particular on the Adaptation and Resilience Collaborative for Funders (ARC).

Job Summary 

The ClimateWorks Foundation Program Manager, Adaptation and Resilience, will support the Adaptation and Resilience team in their efforts to build out global adaptation as a new focus area for the foundation and philanthropy writ large, ensuring the delivery of the work associated with the Adaptation and Resilience Collaborative for Funders (ARC). The person will work in a small team dedicated to adaptation and resilience, with a strong culture of collaboration, communication, transparency, trust, humility, independence, encouragement and learning. The Program Manager will closely collaborate with other ClimateWorks programs and staff and work cross-functionally within ClimateWorks. This position reports to the Senior Director of Adaptation and Resilience. 

About the Adaptation and Resilience Collaborative for Funders (ARC)

At COP28 in Dubai, ClimateWorks Foundation partnered with other leading funders to launch a Call to Action to accelerate action on climate change adaptation. The Call to Action now has 21 signatories and growing. Building on this effort, ClimateWorks and other funders have been growing a coalition of philanthropic organizations interested in scaling action on adaptation, particularly in the Global South. ClimateWorks now runs ARC, a loose affiliation for ~60 foundations large and small,  with different regional, thematic, and sectoral priorities, who are coming together to advance philanthropy’s role in addressing the risks and impacts of climate change through learning, dialogue, coordination, and action.

Essential duties and responsibilities 

Working closely with the Senior Director and other team members, the Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all activities of ARC, and assisting on other aspects of the adaptation program where needed, including on grants management, external partnerships, and internal relationships and initiatives.  

Specific responsibilities include:   

  • Managing all tasks, timelines, inputs and outputs associated with the Adaptation and Resilience Collaborative for Funders (ARC) and associated funder learning series 
  • Working closely and liaising with Funder Collaborations, Operations, and IT teams at ClimateWorks to ensure successful task management and delivery of events and convenings.  
  • Leading all preparations for ARC meetings, including agenda, meeting materials, speakers, catering, and more
  • Managing the budget for ARC 
  • Leading and organizing the funder learning series, which includes four learning sessions per year
  • Preparing internal and external communications relevant to the work 
  • Conducting research on topics related to adaptation and resilience, including research on potential grantees, conferences, specific areas of topical interest, etc. 
  • Managing contracts and grants with recipients of funding, including maintaining regular communications with funding recipients, developing and tracking contracts and agreements, and ensuring reporting requirements are met.  
  • Writing initiative plans and assets 
  • Keeping close track of milestones and deliverables under the various adaptation workstreams 
  • Coordinating internal activities related to the initiative 
  • Preparing reporting outputs, including supporting key processes and maintaining and updating appropriate information, systems and databases 
  • Liaising closely with external partners as needed 

Requirements  

The most qualified candidates for this position will possess: 

  • Excellent project and program management skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting internal and external deadlines. 
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to interact effectively with donors, external partners, management, and colleagues at all levels. Ability to work successfully and contribute to the team while operating in a virtual or hybrid environment.

Responsible for assisting media and creative team members across a series of effective procedures and functions to deliver a world class experience for our customers.
