Ads power Reddit’s business, and the Ads Design team plays a pivotal role in shaping Reddit’s monetization strategy. As we scale, the Platform team is responsible for building stable, reliable, and robust tools that empower advertisers and account managers to efficiently manage ad campaigns at scale. Our goal is to enable seamless interactions between brands and users while driving value for both parties.

As a Principal Product Designer on the Ads UX team, you will shape the strategic vision and lead the design of innovative, intuitive, and high-performance tools that empower advertisers and account managers to create, optimize, and monitor their ad campaigns across Reddit. Your expertise will directly influence the design direction of Reddit’s Ads Manager and guide efforts toward AI-driven automation to help transform our platform into a more intelligent and efficient advertising ecosystem.

You will take ownership of key design initiatives, influencing business-critical areas that impact the way brands connect with Reddit users. This will require visionary strategic thinking, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the broader advertising ecosystem. You will inspire and mentor other designers while pushing the design quality bar across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the vision: Define the long-term design vision and lead the design strategy of Reddit’s Advertiser Platform, balancing the complexity of advertising needs with simplicity and usability.
  • Drive innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about the latest ad technologies, design trends and evolving digital ecosystem. Lead efforts to conceptualize non-obvious initiatives to the Ads Platform, pushing the boundaries of user-centric design and exploring opportunities to differentiate Reddit from competitors.
  • Design leadership: Translate complex ideas into scalable, intuitive design solutions that elevate the user experience for advertisers and account managers at scale.
  • Full lifecycle ownership: Take the lead at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution that balances innovation with usability.
  • User-centric design: Deeply understand the diverse needs of advertisers across market segments and verticals, and translate insights into intuitive, impactful design solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of UX/UI design experience, with deep expertise in web and enterprise level designs, particularly in complex systems like advertising platforms.

Role and responsibilities

Provide onsite product ( Tachyon software application) support to customer engineering teams. – Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface. – Manage software engagement with regular customer review meetings and bringing critical customer requirements to Brion. Day-to-day activities includes front-line support at customer site with face-to-face interface as well as email and phone communications, characterizing issues reported, and providing timely solutions. 1st line customer support role: liaise between Product Engineer Group / R&D and customer on recipe development – Software product  support: focus on product recipe debugging for advanced nodes less than 2x/1x nm. Drive & monitor of on-going customer engagements. Customer response: coordinate and drive technical responses to customer. Project ownership: define technical specs and timeline with customer & Product Engineering Group, drafting Statement of Work, establish regular review meetings. Bringing technical requirements or technical issues to members of Product Engineering Group and/or R&D team. Working with our JIRA tracking system, and managing open customer cases. About the role:

GDIT supports the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) located at Stennis Space Center in southern Mississippi. The NSSC mission is to provide timely, accurate, high quality, cost-effective, and customer focused support for selected NASA business and technical services.
