What We’re Looking for
As an IT Specialist, you will ensure our team has seamless access to the software, hardware, and support they need to be productive. You’ll own IT onboarding and offboarding, manage company devices, and provide hands-on technical support. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our growing team.
Our ideal candidate has a strong ownership mindset, favors operating autonomously, and proactively identifies ways to improve IT processes and our employee experience. This role is critical in enabling our teams to work efficiently by ensuring they have the right tools, access, and support at all times.
What You’ll Do
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, ensuring seamless provisioning and deprovisioning of company hardware, software, and accounts
- Work with team members in multiple locations remotely to provide support
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation, tracking hardware lifecycles and software licenses
- Support our adoption of new tools, including management of users and configuration of SAML and other SSO mechanisms
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant work experience or a graduate from a related educational program
- Aptitude for systems configuration and setup
- Experience with Mobile Device Management and endpoint protection tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, Greenhouse and other user productivity tools
- Familiarity with Apple hardware and software
- A strong desire to work with a high degree of autonomy in a startup environment
- An amazing attitude and the confidence to jump into a new challenge
