We are looking for a Website Experience Manager to lead our web experience efforts and to help us attract, grow and lead traffic to figma.com, honing our processes and bringing great website experiences to life! You’ll lead a small and growing team that works cross functionally across Figma to develop the figma.com roadmap, which will include GTM support, SEO and content management, CRO and experimentation.

You will partner with our web development team and cross-functionally with several partners to maintain and grow our web marketing presence and develop our traffic via SEO, paid and social channels. You’ll bring both your SEO and CRO expertise to the table and will be developing a process and frameworks for your team and will report out regularly on the progress and metrics for these programs.

You will collaborate with our data and developer teams to ensure that accurate data is set up well as the website scales. Once you develop a deep understanding of our website visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships across our data, content and research teams, you will craft an overall site strategy along with scalable guidelines on information architecture.

This person will closely partner with content managers and producers, product marketing, paid/SEM teams, content writers, and agency partners to launch, grow and regularly report on our comprehensive and scalable SEO program, providing impact to the whole business. In addition, they will also be running a robust experimentation and conversion rate optimization program.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Develop and cultivate the Figma.com strategy, roadmap and corresponding programs
  • Encourage and lead a team to handle those responsible for the figma.com site and strategic vision of this key web surface and growth lever
  • Collaborate with key partners and leaders across the organization to understand business objectives and priorities, document and prioritize their needs, and identify commonalities, efficiencies and strategic opportunities
  • Grow our SEO and CRO growth opportunities through frameworks, analysis and hands on leadership
  • Work alongside a team of hardworking individuals to grow and optimize our key website journeys, and partner with our growth product team to ensure end to end user experiences are optimized
  • Build, lead and track site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programming
  • Analyze key web journeys to develop, refine, and implement short and long-term web optimization and experimentation strategies that drive efficiency, from landing pages to UI enhancements
  • Report regularly across the company on key web metrics and progress
  • Work closely with our web development team, setting the priorities and a framework for balancing intake requests with our strategic web growth roadmap.
  • Collaborate with brand, design, research, editorial, product marketing, and other teams to develop and implement the web marketing strategies that drive traffic engagement and conversion through our core user paths

The Supervisor, Trust Quality Insights is responsible for the reporting and insights related to all Trust functions and the team responsible for producing these reports. They will work closely with the Manager of Quality Insights to make sure all reports have a standard process and root cause analysis is done similar across Community Support and Trust. A typical day:

  • Ensure the Trust Insights Leads, and Vendor Partners are adopting the root cause analysis and reporting framework set by the Global Quality Insights Lead.
  • Define and implement regular and actionable reporting to Trust Managers and the head of Trust Operations as well as implementing new tiers of reporting for Trust as needed.
  • Managing performance and career growth for the Trust Insights Leads.
  • Ensure that the team tracks and measures impact of recommended insights being implemented by the operation.
  • Reporting on Quality program for Global QBRs, and MBRs supporting trust. All-Hands input and any other reports agreed as needed by the business
  • Ensure that the quality monitoring framework remains aligned to the OCM roadmap and business priorities and that changes are rolled out in a timely and effective manner.
  • In collaboration with Shared Service peers and Service managers, create and maintain a process of tight linkage between Quality Insights and Continuous improvement actions.
  • People leadership of the insights analysts ensuring coaching, skills development and to drive actionable Quality insights within the Community Support Service model

Your expertise:

  • Strong project management skills, program management, and people management skills
  • Experience creating and delivering reports to leadership groups
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills
  • Deep understanding of Quality management in an Operations environment based on industry best-practices such as COPC.
  • May have 4+ years in Trust Operations with industry best practices related to risk and identity.

There isn’t a silver bullet, or a single pressure point to tackle the climate crisis. It will require an army of actors, a menu of pathways and an array of interventions in the right places. Tailoring approaches to these unique situations is the sweet spot for the Climate Program at World Resources Institute. We help policymakers, businesses and civil society at the local, national and international levels advance the deep structural shifts necessary to address climate change.

Job Highlight:

As the Climate Program’s Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be Climate Program’s go-to person for advancing our social media and broader digital communications strategies. You will develop our social media content, maintain the day-to-day growth and health of our channels, and utilize analytics to improve how we engage stakeholders. An important daily function of this role also includes conceptualizing, creating social media visuals (via Canva or similar tools) as well as overseeing their development by others. In addition to a strong emphasis on digital marketing and communications, a part of your role will include support broader communications outreach across the Climate Program for specific projects.

You will be supported by an 8-person communications team with the Climate Program and dozens of specialists on the institute-wide Core Communications team.

What you will do:

Community Management (40%)

  • Compose and publish content daily to WRI Climate’s social media channels – including eye-catching visuals — using best practices and channel-specific functionalities.
  • Provide training and ongoing coaching for Climate Program staff to effectively use social media to promote their expertise and analysis and participate in online conversations
  • Oversee strategic use of paid social ad and Google SEM campaigns, which are centrally managed by the Core Communications team and contractors.
  • Use analytics and conduct audience analysis to inform future outreach strategies and tactics

Digital Asset Production (25%)

  • Create visual assets for use on several social channels, websites, PowerPoints, and more (e.g., social tiles, videos, infographics, animated GIFs, etc.)
  • Help manage an editorial calendar, while also curating and organizing content for reuse and amplification by other WRI programs and partners
  • Working with WRI’s design team, maintain a library of tools and templates to improve production and ensure brand and messaging consistency

Strategy (20%)

  • Develop and execute strategic digital communication plans in close coordination with the Climate Program communications team. These plans will include social media, email marketing, videos, podcasts, paid ads, website updates and more
  • Develop and execute creative ways to translate analysis and policy recommendations into compelling storylines tailored for social media channels
  • Help elevate WRI Climate’s social media presence and performance through sophisticated and novel outreach strategies and campaigns (e.g. producing timely, engaging videos designed to perform well on specific channels)
  • Keep track of emerging social media trends, techniques, and tools

General Communications Support (15%)

  • Provide additional support for specific projects. This will include but not limited to developing communication strategies, producing newsletters, overseeing publication production processes, writing articles, emails, op-eds and website content, organizing webinars, identifying media opportunities and much more.

What you will need:

  • Education: You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant subject
  • Experience: You have 6+ years of relevant, full-time professional experience creating and implementing communications strategies
  • Experience managing social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
  • Experience executing successful multi-channel social media campaigns
  • Experience creating compelling visuals and videos
