We are looking for a Website Experience Manager to lead our web experience efforts and to help us attract, grow and lead traffic to, honing our processes and bringing great website experiences to life! You’ll lead a small and growing team that works cross functionally across Figma to develop the roadmap, which will include GTM support, SEO and content management, CRO and experimentation.

You will partner with our web development team and cross-functionally with several partners to maintain and grow our web marketing presence and develop our traffic via SEO, paid and social channels. You’ll bring both your SEO and CRO expertise to the table and will be developing a process and frameworks for your team and will report out regularly on the progress and metrics for these programs.

You will collaborate with our data and developer teams to ensure that accurate data is set up well as the website scales. Once you develop a deep understanding of our website visitors through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships across our data, content and research teams, you will craft an overall site strategy along with scalable guidelines on information architecture.

This person will closely partner with content managers and producers, product marketing, paid/SEM teams, content writers, and agency partners to launch, grow and regularly report on our comprehensive and scalable SEO program, providing impact to the whole business. In addition, they will also be running a robust experimentation and conversion rate optimization program.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Develop and cultivate the strategy, roadmap and corresponding programs
  • Encourage and lead a team to handle those responsible for the site and strategic vision of this key web surface and growth lever
  • Collaborate with key partners and leaders across the organization to understand business objectives and priorities, document and prioritize their needs, and identify commonalities, efficiencies and strategic opportunities
  • Grow our SEO and CRO growth opportunities through frameworks, analysis and hands on leadership
  • Work alongside a team of hardworking individuals to grow and optimize our key website journeys, and partner with our growth product team to ensure end to end user experiences are optimized
  • Build, lead and track site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and always-on programming
  • Analyze key web journeys to develop, refine, and implement short and long-term web optimization and experimentation strategies that drive efficiency, from landing pages to UI enhancements
  • Report regularly across the company on key web metrics and progress
  • Work closely with our web development team, setting the priorities and a framework for balancing intake requests with our strategic web growth roadmap.
  • Collaborate with brand, design, research, editorial, product marketing, and other teams to develop and implement the web marketing strategies that drive traffic engagement and conversion through our core user paths

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience leading others, developing rituals and camaraderie
  • Excelled in a sophisticated environment, working on cross-functional programs
  • Experience in content strategy and site performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy and website analytics
  • Previous experience working on websites, running many content projects and requests
  • Strong ability to prioritize; you’ll run multiple projects with opposing target dates and priorities within the organization
  • Ability to engage with executive leaders and running regular, high visibility reports
  • Experience in developing processes and working closely with cross functional teams
  • Consistent track record of getting large projects effectively off the ground through project management and process creation
  • Familiarity and experience with website development and content management systems
  • Ability to establish and build links to influence decisions at all levels
  • Excel in verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a synergetic demeanor
