Summary:

Bamboo Health is currently seeking a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will live and breathe data and be excited about building user-facing data products. They will work with the reporting and analytics team and internal stakeholders to develop reporting solutions powered by our unique data pipeline. They will excel at creative problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and thinking independently about how to utilize data to address the challenges our customers face in physical and behavioral care coordination. What You’ll Do:

  • Build new dashboards and reporting capabilities that increase customer and user value
  • Work closely with Product teams to develop KPI and other success metrics
  • Become the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite
  • Collaborate with Agile team and work cross functionally to drive implementation of solutions
  • Leverage data and data analysis techniques to deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Assist on various projects that contribute to business initiatives

  • You are the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite
  • You are collaborating with various business areas to deliver analytics that drive improved business decisions and increased value for the company.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a quantitative or technical discipline such as mathematics, economics, computer science, statistics, or a similar quantitative field
  • 2+ years of professional work experience, inclusive of 1+ years of data analytics
  • Experience building user-facing analytics solutions
  • Understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data. Considerable SQL experience mandatory
  • Knowledge of Tableau/Looker or other equivalent data visualization software
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment

Our client is seeking a Senior UX Visual Designer who will serve as a subject matter lead and expert in visual design and digital customer/user experience. This position will be working under the guidance of our UX Design Lead and collaborate with the Digital Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will work with the brand and creative team to help enhance our company’s digital footprint, user experience, awareness and digital content on website properties and other digital and mobile channels and applications. This person will collaborate, support and guide our Corporate Digital Marketing and Communications team and business units with their digital projects to help them improve user engagement and apply on-brand visual guidelines and design best practices.

The UX Visual Designer will work in creating an outstanding e-commerce experience through customer engagement and visuals, bridging the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides by defining the UI/UX design and then translating wireframes and mockups to actual code.

You Will:

  • Be excited for the opportunity to work on brand new websites and create designs from scratch
  • Use a good eye for creativity, and website design; since the client has such a small team, this person will really have an opportunity to highlight and showcase the brand on a new website

  • Be responsible for the company’s digital footprint, conceptualizing, designing, developing and maintaining digital content, features, functionality, and experiences on our website and other digital and mobile platforms
  • Improve the client’s digital ecosystem, acting as the visual design and user experience liaison between business units, other stakeholders and developers by applying on-brand best UI/UX design practices
  • Maintain the website and keep it looking fresh by creating programs that ensure the graphic elements are up to date, on brand and comply with best UI/UX practices
  • Apply technical skills to recommend solid, achievable solutions, clearly explain complex ideas/alternatives/risks, communicate a project vision, and satisfy requirements
  • Work closely with designers and the back-end developers to manage and coordinate web and graphic design schedules and help prioritize activities
  • Create design deliverables such as process flows, wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes
  • Create assets from mockups and work with Development on integrating them
  • Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility with consistent and maintainable branding, style/tone, and code
  • Use exceptional written language and communication skills, including some technical writing of software specifications and end-user documentation

You Have:

  • 7+ plus years’ experience in designing and managing website features/functionality, helping to define digital content strategy, and creating digital web experiences for B2B brands
  • Enterprise client experience and multiple B2B samples to show in portfolios and on resumes
  • 70% UX design experience, 30% visual design experience
  • Design system experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in web design, web development, or related program
  • Positive attitude and out-of-the-box thinker
  • Ability to confidently and comfortably make decisions

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and leading client engagements, assigning work, reviewing team contributions, and assuring quality reports are provided. You will lead engagements through the management of standard project execution, client service activities, and staff consultants. Senior Consultants are leaders in FISMA/FedRAMP who bring deep knowledge of client engagement and practice management. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead assessments from initiation to project closure
  • Monitor the progress of engagements and key project activity dates
  • Drive working sessions with clients to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met
  • Execute security assessments in accordance with NIST SP 800-53, 800-37, 800-171, and other authoritative IT security guidance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, information security, computer science, or relevant discipline; or combination of relevant education and work experience
  • Master’s degree is a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in information security, with strong NIST experience (in order of preference): NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, RMF, FISMA, NIST SP 800-171
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NIST publications, such as: NIST SP 800-30 rev 1, 800-37 rev 1 or 2, 800-53 rev 4, 800-53A rev 4, 800-60 Vol 1 & 2 rev 1, and 800-171 rev 1
  • Experience with government compliance, including FISMA, FedRAMP, RMF, and CSF
  • Experience with commercial cloud environments; architectures, technologies, and services

CERTIFICATIONS

  • At least one advanced cybersecurity certification such as: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CRISC, CAP, CASP, or other relevant security certifications, multiple are preferred

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Democratic Politics and Elections (DPE) Team is expanding within ActBlue to meet the unique opportunities we have within the progressive space. As a department head, the Democratic Politics and Elections Director will work with other members of ActBlue’s leadership team to build the department’s strategic goals and plans. Leadership and staff management skills are critical to building a multifaceted program to help with long-, medium-, and short-term plans for the organization’s political and electoral work and expand the use of our tool within that marketplace.

This position will report to the Vice President of Account Management and Engagement.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct a large-scale program aimed at relationship building in order to increase use of ActBlue and impact programs strategically in the political campaign space
  • Lead the development of DPE program strategy; oversee implementation and iteration of the strategy
  • Build and manage a complex team at various levels including ongoing professional development and skill-building
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for political and electoral counterparts at national organizations
  • Identify and drive opportunities to partner with other Democratic organizations to help reach ActBlue’s mission
  • Serve as a lead generator for the team and a connector between staff and more established organizations
  • Determine account management paths for campaigns, initiatives, and other Democratic electoral organizations, including owning a small portfolio of high-priority accounts

  • Work in partnership with the Movement, Issue, Charitable Organizations (MICO) Director, Training Director, and Reporting and Research Director to coordinate program resource needs
  • Partner with the MICO Director to innovate and brainstorm ways to improve work, and communicate relevant information between teams.
  • Serve as a spokesperson and trainer for ActBlue at high-visibility, high-level meetings, and events
  • Work outside of regular business hours (i.e., 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) as required. Travel as required.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 10 years of political and electoral experience
  • At least 8 years of experience hiring and managing staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing, managing, benchmarking, and implementing electoral campaign programs and/or program plans at a large organizational level
  • Experience working closely with fundraising and digital programs
  • Strong knowledge of electoral politics and the campaign industry
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining high-level relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and work with staff on professional development
