An Executive Assistant who is passionate about working closely with busy leaders who are changing the way older adults age at home through technology. Someone who understands how to support multiple executives in a fast paced environment. They can take direction, oversee multiple calendars and ad hoc requests, all with a smile on your face. - Manage busy schedules and calendars for multiple C-Suite Executives on our Leadership Team (LT)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, make all preparations for both travel and meetings so the LT can just show up

- 4-6+ years of experience as an administrative/executive assistant, 3 of those years supporting multiple Executives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment (required)

We’re looking for a Web Strategy Lead to join Procore’s Web Center of Excellence. In this role, you’ll focus on web strategy and experience. We collaborate with researchers at leading academic institutions. We participate in various grant-funded research projects to develop and test human and technology-based interventions that bear on our practices, content, tutor training and professional development, and our technological solutions which include leading-edge AI-driven support capabilities.
We are looking for an Associate Research Grant Writer to collaborate with these research teams and to help provide project management support. Central to this role is supporting a range of R&D work including the co-authoring of new proposals and supporting the on-going reporting of a number of in-progress grants and emerging research projects and school district RFP’s (Request for Proposals). Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordinate the internal project process and the organization and preparation of grant-funded program activities, inclusive of programmatic reports, site visits, data gathering and analysis, evaluation, and reporting
- Draft grant proposals by analyzing proposal requirements and providing draft text that is concise and persuasive, soliciting and folding in feedback and suggestions
- Conduct literature review, market research and analysis, and write internal reports
- Author white papers and similar publications
- Support Saga’s communications team with press and awareness campaigns related to Saga’s research and development activities
- Track proposals, RFP’s, and other sponsored projects documentation through relevant processes to ensure deadlines are met
