Reporting to the Manager, Product Line the Data Analyst II is responsible for collecting, evaluating, and preparing research and/or other complex or significant and unique statistical data for a specific business need. This position is responsible for data reporting, converting customer requests into technical requirements, and ensuring deliverable commitments are met. This position works directly with internal customers and leadership at various levels within the organization to research and identify operational business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow the development of the data or reporting solution needed. Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases, assists in development and implementation of measurement, and creates coinciding documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 140,000
Maximum: 280,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working in a large, matrixed organization with many internal partners.
5+ years of experience working in an Agile methodology, using Agile productivity tools, leading incremental software releases.
4+ years of experience working on data and analytics-based platform capabilities, services, or products.
3+ years of experience working with UI/UX teams to develop wireframes and working prototypes based on end user feedback and human centered design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Rally to define and organize capabilities, features, user stories, tasks, and defects.
Experience with SQL, Tableau and/or other data and data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to write and document technical information.
Working knowledge of a variety of healthcare data management processes and techniques, including data standards, interoperability, and proper data privacy.
Experience with large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives.
Education
Undergraduate degree required.
Graduate degree preferred.
Preference given to candidates with degrees and credentials in agile, product management, data and analytics related fields.
