Who will you work with?

  • Lead the overall web experience, information architecture and key page templates to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for users
  • Work closely with growth and demand gen teams to A/B test and optimize key signup flows and pages
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including product marketing, demand generation, sales, and product to make sure that all functions are accurately represented on our sites
  • Analyse content performance (both quantitative and qualitative insights) and provide guidance on areas of opportunity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $181,500 in the lowest geographic market and up to $215,250 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

THE ROLE

The Senior Operational Excellence Product Manager is accountable for driving geographic expansion of our fulfillment and logistics capabilities both in our systems and processes. Role Overview

Stash is seeking an experienced Lead, Platform Product Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the overarching product platform strategy for the Accounts & Adapters Platform domain. Specifically, focusing within our Brokerage team but also having exposure and influence over the full suite of Accounts & Adapters we maintain, including our Bank and future products.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management at technology companies preferably, and familiarity with FinTech and/or products and concepts
  • Experience working closely with brokerage solutions providing clearing & custody (Broadridge, APEX, Drivewealth, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Equities trading & clearance. ACATS, settlement, and/or margin experience a plus
  • Experience working in Platform Product Management, building solutions that can be leveraged by a variety of clients
