Job Title: Sr. Optimization Manager
Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000
Location: Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Washington
Adswerve is looking for a Sr. Optimization Manager to join the Adobe Services Team! This person will lead all aspects of their assigned team, eventually managing up to 5 team members, understanding their goals, competencies and skills. This person will be the point person across the organization for optimization-focused support and also be able to step into client communications as needed. The ideal candidate has experience consulting on client projects, identifying areas of opportunity within client engagements, and translating Adobe and other optimization solutions to all audiences.

This position will spend 50% of their time on client interactions, 30% management, 10% on Training and Development, and 10% on internal work.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple clients projects, partnering with Account Manager/Director’s and working with Consultants of all levels in regards to the roadmap ensuring there is sufficient work to be done.
- Delegates client work across teams, assisting with training and mentoring consultants as needed.
- Collaborates with team to create packaged solutions and iterate based on learnings.
- Directly manage a team of up to 5 team members – providing ongoing feedback and administering mid-and-end of year performance reviews.
- Use creative problem solving to drive business decision-making based on analytical findings.
- Take initiative to work with the management team to resolve project issues and risks.
- Employ data mining, segmentation, analytical and other optimization/personalization techniques to capture important trends and create relevant measurement dashboards.
- Research, analysis, documentation, facilitation, problem solving and delivering on assigned tasks within project scope and budget.
- Manage multiple projects or large / complex streams of work
- Keep projects running smoothly, on time and within budget
- Use discretion and independent judgment to determine what analytics offerings will have the most positive impact on Adswerve’s growth and profitability.
Experience
- Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
- Proven experience in Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch. and Adobe Product Certified, experience with optimization tools such as AB Tasty, Optimizely are a plus
- 9+ years of experience in an analytics and/or optimization role with at least 4 years management experience

Essential Functions:

About the role
