Responsibilities:
- Manage daily content calendar, scheduling of posts, and ensuring proper cadence across all social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, Vimeo, Pinterest, and emerging platforms) to meet social media targets
- Work alongside key stakeholders (marketing, product, trends) to develop content themes and own visual briefs/requests for new assets with creative agency partners

- Proactively seek out conversations in which the company should participate, particularly with key personas and influencers; up the conversation game on all existing channels and own the vision for where to go next
- Identify emerging influencers and potential brand partnerships in growing communities and develop authentic relationships with them that can take the programs to the next level
- Pull raw analytics from social platforms and work alongside the marketing team to create regular reports for critical social media KPIs
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years experience working in social media, community engagement, curation, and content creation
- Experience pulling data natively from social media platforms and conducting analysis and report out on insights/findings
- Left and right brained person; a creator who is also analytical
- Requires a portfolio of well-managed brand channels that tells the story of one’s achievements (content production and community management)
- Must be focused, able to move at a fast pace, through a high volume of content needs and evolving conversations both with and about the design community
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills
- Comfortable with all social channels, with a focus on Instagram (Stories, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, in particular), Facebook, and Twitter
