Job Summary:

The Assistant Campaign Manager is an integral part of the Ad Council’s team responsible for creating, implementing and evaluating communications campaigns for more than 30 social good issues each year.

Whether you’re working with top ad agencies and content creators to develop award-winning campaigns around our causes, helping to set the strategy for your campaigns’ social and digital programs, or partnering with one of our board member companies on their CSR initiative, your job as an Assistant Campaign Manager is to help support the campaign team and keep all the moving pieces running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a stellar project manager with strong oral and written communication skills, has an appetite to learn about the latest trends in advertising and marketing, and is passionate about social change.

This is a contract employee role. This means that, while the position is at all times one of at will employment , the Ad Council anticipates at present that the employment length would be approximately 6 months. The compensation for this position is $5,000 monthly, paid semi-monthly. Contract employees will be eligible to participate in limited benefits and paid time off. We are also open to this role being a fully remote position.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist campaign team in the strategic and creative development, production and evaluation for 3-5 fully-integrated campaigns, including:
    • Keep cross-functional team updated on campaign development and key milestones
    • Coordinate administrative activities and communications around campaign development, including timelines, call reports, meeting preparation, etc.
    • Manage development of media marketing and promotional materials for campaigns
    • Facilitate workflow between clients, partner agencies and other vendors by coordinating campaign materials and securing all necessary approvals
    • Maintain accurate up-to-date campaign budgets, financial records, vendor SOWs, MSAs and contract reporting
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team to analyze and report on real-time campaign performance, including donated and earned media support, managed platforms results (Meta, YouTube, Snap, LinkedIn, etc.), and website and social media analytics
    • Support your campaigns’ social media and digital development efforts, including reviewing editorial calendars, reviewing/crafting website content, and assisting with site QA
  • Support campaign team by fostering open and collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Conduct competitive review, partner/talent vetting, trend analyses and other relevant campaign/issue research as needed
  • Maintain campaign assets, inventory and vendor information to ensure all elements are current, updated and available in our databases

We are looking for a Staff Data Scientist for the Content org. You will shape the future of people-facing and business-facing products we build at Pinterest. Your expertise in quantitative modeling, experimentation and algorithms will be utilized to solve some of the most complex engineering challenges at the company. You will collaborate on a wide array of product and business problems with a diverse set of cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Product Analytics, Data Engineering and others. The results of your work will influence and uplevel our product development teams while introducing greater scientific rigor into the real world products serving hundreds of millions of pinners, creators, advertisers and merchants around the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Ecosystem analysis to develop a framework to evaluate the health of Pinterest content corpus, such as where do we have content gaps; what is the value of fresh content; what is the value of diverse content.
  • Experimentation to Design and evolve our experimentation capabilities and tools to evaluate the changes we make to our content levers. Advise on experimentation best practices; identifying flaws in experiment practices and results; building tools for experiment analysis.
  • Opportunity sizing and analysis to identify what are the biggest content levers to help drive user engagement and retention.
  • Product recommendations: Clearly communicate recommendations to product and engineering leadership on how we can evolve our internal strategy to address shortcomings observed through deep analysis.
  • Creating and tracking success metrics. Identify the right measures of success for product teams and help them track those metrics. Own the full lifecycle of those metrics from logging requirements, metrics definition, prototype pipelines, and improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the scope of work for at least one other individual, demonstrating high-quality output of both yourself and others for whom you are responsible. Provide continuous and candid feedback, recognizing individual strengths and contributions and flagging opportunities to improve performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with proven ability to apply scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data.
  • Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches including in the fields of Statistics, Machine Learning, Forecasting, Econometrics or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with online experiment and its pitfalls.
  • Statistical rigor. Can guide the team and others on statistically valid approaches to problems.
  • A scientifically rigorous approach to analysis and data, and a well-tuned sense of skepticism, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, results-oriented output.

The Role

GoPro is seeking a Packaging Senior Graphic Designer with a solid design portfolio and a meticulous approach to design execution and production to be a part of the GoPro Packaging team. You will collaborate and craft creative solutions from concept to delivery of packaging and inbox collateral for a wide range of GoPro cameras, mounts & accessories.

Projects range from providing creative development input for packaging and collateral assets for print and retail to long-format localized user manuals. You must be equally at home with production execution of print assets as you are in the collaborative creative process

What You Will Do

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines, stakeholders and project types
  • Participate in all phases of the creative development process from concept to tactical implementation and production of final assets
  • Be fearless in putting forth your creative ideas but also be receptive to current business practices and processes set in place to help guide real-world executions

  • Work in tandem with the project manager and creative director to deliver high quality print ready packaging assets.

Skills We’re Excited About

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Graphic Design, ideally in packaging at an agency or consumer packaging company/relevant brand
  • BS in Graphic Design/related degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of composition and a love for typography, color and design, plus keeping brand always top of mind
  • Sharp eye for aesthetics and design
  • Good understanding of print production process, typography, layout, color profiles
  • Solid portfolio of packaging design that shows your chops to produce high-quality creative work with an eye to thinking in 360
  • Ability to both design and prepare meticulous files for print and to effectively manage file version-control processes.
  • Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365
  • Knowledge of DAM Systems, Work Management Systems (Wrike), Figma
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with little supervision but be a willing partner with the team in a highly collaborative environment
  • Solid communications skills and ability to articulate your design thinking, presenting to all levels throughout all stages of design and production
