The Mission

This is an opportunity to join a growing team in a company that’s redefining the Cloud consulting landscape. We’re looking for a Content Marketing and Graphics Specialist to support Caylent’s overall go-to-market initiatives by developing content and designing graphics, concentrating on promoting Caylent’s services and offerings. This person will have experience in B2B and be motivated to hit targets and effectively work cross functionally to complete projects.

As a Content Marketing and Graphics Specialist at Caylent, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital presence and enhancing our marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to create visually appealing and engaging content that effectively communicates our expertise in AWS Cloud Services and drives brand awareness.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content and collateral across our internal tools and website, as well as creating and maintaining various design assets. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and the creation of effective sales enablement materials.

Your Assignment

  • Content Creation:
    • Develop high-quality, informative, and engaging content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts, on AWS technologies and Caylent’s services and solutions
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and product marketing to research and gather technical information for content creation.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Design visually appealing graphics, infographics and images to complement written content and enhance visual storytelling.
    • Build powerpoint presentations to enable Cayliens to deliver both internal and external facing content effectively
    • Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and banners, for both digital and print distribution.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and maintain our social media profiles, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
    • Create and schedule social media posts to promote content, events, and company news.
  • Website Management:
    • Update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage with clients.
    • Monitor email performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing content and campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to optimize content and marketing strategies.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, both digital and print.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation and graphic design, preferably in the cloud services industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content.

A Typical Day:

  • Analyze our traffic data to identify attack patterns
  • Use your extensive domain knowledge of bot detection and ML to proactively detect attacks against our platform
  • Develop and implement tools to combat attacks
  • Implement effective countermeasures to stop scraping based on these identified patterns
  • Be a thought leader for Airbnb’s anti-bot initiatives and guide the team’s overall direction
  • Partner with other Engineering teams to help develop a holistic solution to bot detection and intervention

Your Expertise:

  • Level 11 technologists typically have 12+ years of industry experience with a BS/Masters and 9+ years with a Ph.D

The Mission

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Engagement Management team. The right candidate is someone who is empathic, customer obsessed and organized.

Your mission will be to work collaboratively with engineering teams and with customer stakeholders to ensure project goals and engagement expectations are met. You must be able to act as a Scrum Master on engagements in order to deliver quality solutions to our customers using a consultative approach.

Your Assignment

  • Oversee all assigned engagements, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and execution of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as needed
  • Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against overall project timeline
  • Schedule and facilitate short Daily Stand-Up meetings with the delivery team to track progress
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories

Your Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects in an Agile/Scrum environment using Agile tool sets (e.g. Jira)
  • Managed technical engagements that consist of 3 or more people and over $250,000 budget
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing PM/Scrum type of role in the technical industry
  • Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage engagements and ensure they are executed with excellence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives

Overview: We are looking for an associate vice president of digital production who is ready to throw their digital skills behind electing Democrats, combating climate change, and other world-changing initiatives. You will be responsible for:

  • Tracking the stage of tech projects and status of completion, in an easily accessible format for leadership. For example: migrations from bulk email tools and working with web development team on assessing web-based projects;
  • Optimizing the use of our project tracking software, JIRA, by developing new and improved practices and communicating those practices firm wide;
  • Providing guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud data projects;
  • Working closely with 10-15 full-time production staff to identify areas of growth and supporting them in the learning of new skills;

  • Coordinating the schedules and managing the workload and budget of the freelance team;

  • Providing leadership, good judgment, and counsel in various production contexts, like resource planning for big production moments, on special tech or production projects, etc; and
  • Representing MissionWired and acting as a strategic partner to nonprofit and political clients as you help them resolve technical challenges.

Must-have qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience;
  • Fluency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and Python;
  • Experience and comfortability in training, leading, and inspiring a team;
  • Experience with project tracking software such as JIRA;
  • Experience building and sending emails in multiple mass emailing systems, for example, EveryAction/NGP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot, Luminate, Engaging Networks, Mailchimp, ActionKit, Acoustic (FKA: IBM Marketing Cloud or Silverpop), and/or other platforms;

What you’ll do
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer capable of managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure across Consensys. You will assist the Technology Operations team with the day to day running of a variety of platforms, assist Security teams with hardening and securing our systems and help product teams build and deploy their software.

  1. Configure and manage cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP and Cloudflare.
  2. Manage and administer our CI/CD pipelines with Github.
  3. Maintain and improve our internal management systems .
  4. Respond to IT incidents and requests through Zendesk to ensure minimal downtime and loss.
  5. Enhance security infrastructure by using Okta for secure Identity management.
  6. Document all DevOps and infrastructure-related processes within Confluence.
